DIY Kit
It is a DIY kit. The plastic base and the spikes come seperately. You have to manually fix them. There are better options available. Also based on the design of the item, the spikes are less. Even after fixing only 2 spikes instead of the way it is made, the spikes got over.Since we had already fit them, we couldnt return it back. Better to look for another option.

Easy to install and haven't seen a pigeon on my balcony the last 24hours!
This stuff is easy to set up; I used double sided tape to attach it to the balcony wall. You can break off sections to fit different lengths.It was so satisfying to watch a pigeon fly towards the balcony and instantly back off! Yaay!! It works!
