I tried the replacement product because the first one had issues too. The timer leaks in the plastic connection spot. My faucet and hose didn't have any issues but this thing kept leaking. I liked the idea behind it. It also did not give full water pressure when in use. I have seen others that do give the full pressure so I am not sure other than maybe water conservative purposes that it would do this? The water pressure was so low that the sprinkler barely made it to the length and height I have it set to. My hose works fine. I might have just received two defective pieces but I do not recommend.

You cannot set this to run at 4 am and noon for example. It only runs in timer increments. IE every two or seven or 10 hours or once per day. There is no way to make it only water during the daytime. If you want 6 am and 12pm , it will come on again at 6 pm and midnight

Easy to set up and my plants are thriving. I'm glad I followed the advice of one user and purchased a pressure valve to go with the timer. I no longer have water hammer so know the timer will last much longer. It's nice to have no more worries.

Have been using it for several months. Simple programming. So far, holds up to hard water. Set it and forget about it. Plants are flourishing.

The unit would not shut off flow either automatically or manually. Tried emailing the address supplied in the enclosed paperwork for help. No response. Returned it.

Thx 4 reminder. I'll give to neighbor for Christmas. It's back in box, never used.
