Sturdy and perfect fit
As good as the original KitchenAid that eventually wore out on the bottom. Fit perfectly and very functional. It costs more than expected, but if you don't want your silverware to fall through the holes, this is the way to go.

Good replacement basket
Bought this to replace a worn out basket. Fits well and is pretty good quality. I prefer to keep the lids up rather than fitting the silverware into all those individual slots. Being just one big basket is an improvement over our previous multiple small baskets. A good purchase.

Better than the original
This product replaced two baskets that came with the dishwasher. The plastic in the originals was wearing out and leaving holes in the bottot.The measurements of this product were roughly similar to the two original baskets, and truth be told, this product fits better in the dishwasher than the old ones. The hooks on the back hold better, too. I will buy this product again if the need arises.

I bought this to replace the original utensil holder for our dishwasher. This model includes a hinged lid to separate the silverware. No more nesting spoons or forks means clean the first time every time with less sorting required.

If it matches the serial number on your OEM basket, then it will fit your dish washer. Works great.
The original basket had a part number on it. The part number appeared with the item in Amazon, and darn if the basket with the number on Amazon didn't fit just right. The center pocket has a flip-lid in it that our original didn't. Handy for paring knives, flips up for big spoons and spatulas.
