Mustang2004-'21 Sportster Fastback 1-Pc Seat Suitable for Harley - Black

The Fastback seat was installed on a 2004 Harley Sportster 1200 Custom. I purchased primarily for a better seat but the style is what I was looking for and hoping the seat would provide good support in the rear. The seat is way better that the stock seat that I have been riding with since I purchased the bike. What I am trying to get used to is the pronounced seat back where the foam hits your backside (lower back). The foam is harder than stock and it lets you know that it is there. I haven’t taken the bike on a long trip yet to see how the seat will feel and so far most of the rides on the seat have been about 20 miles one way (in town riding). Would I buy the seat again if this seat somehow became damaged...yes I would.

First. It's a mustang so the workmanship is impeccable. Seat looks great on my sporty custom. Steel seat pan with rubber shock things. Downer time. This is good bar hopping seat. It is not a touring seat at all. First it is too thin. Second it has a ridge that rides your behind like a weekend in county. I bought an extra pad I plan to try out off Amazon. If you're a young person who has yet to lose it all in a series off nasty breakups this may work for you. If however your an older specimen forget look s and buy a proper touring seat..

This seat looks great, very high quality, better than I imagined. Didn't take long for it to conform to my bony butt, very comfortable. Just took an hour ride and loved it. It does sit you back about an inch maybe, and maybe a half inch higher than stock. Just what I wanted.

Really happy so far (day 1). Fits better than stock! Raises me up slightly and back slightly on my 09 XL1200L. Provides better low back support and puts me in a less crowded position. Seems a good bit more comfortable than the stock seat, but not yet had a long ride on it to know if it’s better than stock there too. I think it looks tons better than the stock seat and is clearly much better made and more substantial.

Went on a 100 mile ride with my sporster Xl 883 custom with the stock seat.... sucked! Came home to fine the new mustang fastback arrived! Had to try it!! Installed in less than 10min and so far all I can say is it feels like a new bike! Awesome! It sets me back a bit more and being 6'2" it makes a nice difference! Feels great and looking forward to my next long ride.

Loved the look but hated the feel. Hurts your a$$ bone

Easy install, puts me a little further back and lower, between this and the Biltwell Zed bars I installed my bike is alot more comfortable to ride now
