Surprisingly, really great little product. Really small and simple to use. Works perfectly. Better than other versions I've had in the past.

Small compact buttons and the 3.5 mm jack folds in on itself so it has a better chance of not breaking. Came fully charged.

Don't not buy it shorts out and stops working out of no where.

Horrible plug broke stop working within a week

This was a great quick fix for me after my aux line-in button broke on my old non-Bluetooth car stereo, because I could no longer attach my iPhone to my car stereo by wire. I like to listen to audio books and music from my iPhone, and I was ecstatic to learn of this little $8.99 item. It is a great value for the money. I have been using it for a couple of weeks now, and it works great. Every once in a while there is a little bit of static, but it is not a persistent problem. The item plugs right into the headphone jack on my iPhone and transmits to the car stereo. I have found that it works best when the iPhone is mounted on a bracket near the dashboard, but it has also worked very well while sitting on my front car seat. You can adjust the FM frequency to whatever you like, just pick a number on your stereo using your stereo's tuning knob or button, such as 89.5 (I like to pick a non-radio station setting so there is no competing incoming transmissions), then tune this little device to the same frequency as your stereo, which is very easy using the arrow buttons. There is also an on/off switch so you can reserve battery power when it's not in use. It has a built-in rechargeable battery, and comes with a USB charger, so you can charge it from any USB port. It can also be charged in your car using a cigarette lighter/USB charger adaptor, which you would need to purchase separately. I was also happy to find out that if the built-in battery completely dies, the item still works while the built-in battery is being recharged from my cigarette lighter/USB charger adaptor - no down time! I highly recommend this item.
