My doctor suggested alkaline water for weight loss. I put these in my britta pitcher and it works great. It removes chlorine and also adds minerals. I plan to keep buying these.

It's actually quite wonderful. Tastes better than other water.
I can actually swallow this water! Water from other sources just doesn't agree with my epiglottis, so I can't swallow more than one sip at a time, which puts me off getting enough fluids. The alkaline water from the Vitev Filters tastes better and is easy to swallow, so I drink a lot more water.
