Which is a good thing because the packing was almost nothing. And the box it came in was crushed and almost destroyed. Coming all the way from the UK, I expected better. Again, the product is beautiful and of good quality.

Looks good on my worktop and hard wearing. Heat proof up to 200 degrees. Non scratch. Great buy.

I purchased two of these worktop savers, they do their job with great effectiveness thanks to being so robust. They are very attractive in the kitchen too. They depict a traditional looking riparian scene of two shepherds in the countryside, and the blue and while colour is truly iconic and matches my Spode perfectly. They're ideal for avoiding any spillage while making a pot of tea, and they stand up to the punishment of the preparation of multiple dinner party courses and the preparing of supper too. If you'd like one of these very much necessary things in your kitchen, but would like it to be beautiful and classy as well as practical, then this is the one for you.....
