Not impressed, fiskars are better.
The locking action is significantly more janky compared to fiskars. You can't fully close these scissors otherwise it clamps down on the lock itself. The lock is very finicky when compared to the fiskars that just works. The issue is the scissors close too far so the blades crisscross. The scissors themselves are significantly less sharp when compared side by side with fiskars.I'm not some fiskars shill, I bought these and fiskars because I wasn't sure which one would be better.AC infinity can barely cut tissue paper (I'M NOT KIDDING)The blade on the AC infinity is slightly longer than the fiskars so a bit better for getting into tight areas.I don't agree with the use of nonstick teflon as i believe if it were to degrade and chip in anyway it could be toxic to consume. The spring is much stronger on the AC infinity compared to the fiskars, this is kind of a bad thing though because it means your fighting the spring and tiring your hand.AC Infinity actually make fantastic fans, I highly recommend their fans. But these scissors are just cheap Chinese trash.I got some Chikamasa scissors coming, I heard they are meant to be even better than Fiskars, but who knows. if you buy Chikamasa don't buy the Flourine version as I doubt their safety also.Stay away from teflon and flourine scissors. You get what you pay for when it comes to scissors.

Bait and Switch
First, I’ve purchased a lot of AC Infinity equipment. Almost all of it—grow tents, in-line exhaust fans, carbon filters, drying racks, fabric pots, and the FIRST pair of pruning shears—is top notch. I would buy it all again and would recommend it to anyone. AC Infinity has become my first choice for grow gear. Only when they don’t have something do I look elsewhere.I liked the pruning shears so much that I bought another pair. The first pair was still perfectly functional, but when I find something that really works for me—like a good pair of running shoes—I like to get a spare or two in case the thing becomes unavailable.Well, the photo you see for this product, and the one in the left in my photo, is the ‘perfect in every way’ version—but that is not what you’ll get. You’ll get the one on the right in my photo. AC Infinity cheaped out. The new version sucks in every way that the original was awesome. They’re not springy enough, the tip is rounded instead of pointy so you can’t do precision work, they don’t operate smoothly, they rub and crunch in a weird nails-on-chalkboard way, and if you get any plant residue on the blades, they stick. Badly. Eventually it won’t even open back up. (See my ‘not springy enough’ remark.)And it’s not a case of one bad apple. I bought two. They were identical in their awfulness. So I waited a couple months and bought one more. My thinking was that by then the company would have gotten enough complaints that they’d switch back to the awesome version.Nope. Still terrible.Until and unless they switch back to the original, I recommend going with Fiskars. Get the non-stick ones. The stainless and titanium shears stick as badly as the sucky version of the AC Infinity shears.*** EDIT 2/4/2022 ***Upgrading from 1 star to 3 stars because of the excellent customer service I received.I contacted customer support to see if I could get the old/original/good version of these shears. AC Infinity was exceptionally helpful. They were able to find one single pair of older-model shears in their inventory and sold them to me at slightly less than the Amazon price. Unfortunately they added a $15 shipping fee, but I bought them anyway. (Yes, the old shears are *that* good.)

Awesome scissors!
These trimmers are very comfortable to use for a long period of time. The spring isn’t tight at all and makes it easy to open and close without any hand strain. The top that goes over the blades is a nice little extra. I will be buying more pairs.

Buy these
I didn't expect to like these clippers as much as I do, but here we are. Plant clippers seem like they should all be about the same, but these are easily superior to cheaper clippers without actually costing much more at all. The rubber grip makes them way more comfortable, the blade action is smooth, the included tip cover is appreciated, and they don't seem to collect as much plant residue on the blades as cheaper clippers. I highly recommend these for trimming your plants.

Best trimmers money can buy
I have three pairs of these trimmers. I’d suggest grabbing one of the ones with the cleaning sponge. Great sharp trimmers. Very comfortable to use and hold for long trimming periods. I can’t say I’ve ever had anything I didn’t like from AC Infinity. Do yourself a favor and grab a pair you won’t be sorry.
