solid product
Good quality PC at an affordable price.Been using this for a few years. It is thick and I just take full cap off to squeeze a bit out. I've never thought it tastes bad, but I usually mix it with a little oil and eat it with my breakfast. It has dramatically reduced my liver pain. I do have to be careful because taking too much can make me anxious and have vivid dreams, but every form of Choline I have tried will do that, and this one does it the least.I don't normally write reviews, but this product has been a lifesaver for me.

Helping my memory
It tastes disgusting, but I really think its helping my memory.

Short expire date
I received the products, but the expiry dates are very close. I’m not happy with such a short shelf life, as it's not reasonable for regular use. Please advise on a replacement.

seratonin, collagen and dehydration issues
It tastes like sunflower seeds, I put the measured dose on my palm, licked off what I could and rubbed the rest in.Just letting people know,, in case they have similar issues...I tried this lecithin and was greatly rewarded for about three days. I started the dose on the low side recommended, about one teaspoon in the morning--before I ate because I got nauseous if I took it after. Also I noticed it revved me up. The rewards were the burning in my joints was almost totally gone, my breathing greatly improved, and I slept all night. The orange skin from my eyelids faded, my working memory and word recall definitely improved as I fine tuned the dosage, to every other day, then 1/2 a teaspoon every other day, then to every three days. The initial major decreases in my tendons and breathing mellowed out but still remained improved. I was able to stay awake longer because I still slept good...and then I did not. My fitfull sleep faded away. Also I noticed my skin got very soft; and while I noticed much less hair in the drain after shampooing and in my wide-toothed comb, I also noticed no new hair coming in...I have a bald spot. How can this be...I searched Google, the scientific journals , not shady sites that just reprint bad guesses...I tried to attach links to pages here but somehow Im not allowed. Anyway, I found that lecithin fed to pigs decreased collagen types I and III (my search was "lecithin collagen"; sensitive types may be upset by this article relating to the farming industry), and that increase in acetyl choline, which is from choline (phosphitidylcholine for example in lecithin), will reduce seratonin receptors (meaning if more acetylcholine, then less seratonin). This weirdly increased my body pain while my tendon burning remained less (and the sleep problems...). Fortunately I have found that rubbing the lecithin into my elbows still helps the burning, while I stop taking the lecithin orally to plan my next try...Why do I not go to the dr, you may ask...well, since 2007 no dr has been diligent enough to even get me this far in dealing with life-long problems (I was diagnosed with demyelinating disease in 2007, but not bad enough to find out which kind and no dr has revisited that possibility) despite tests (wrong ones) and medications (ditto). The worst outcome being the effects upon my son (evidently Ive had a long-term choline problem that prevented me from nursing him properly...despite seeking help from drs and the LaLeche League (circa 1994.) And whatever this is, that he has obviously inherited from me. Through my own diligience regarding food and supplements etc. I am back to work and functioning, while my doctors kind of humor me in disbelief. But somebody has to do something. I can't sue myself, so Im not afraid to do something.

Good supplement, terrible packaging
I think this supplement has helped my gut health and energy level. My only complaint is it is thick and hard to pour out of the bottle. I have started to "decant" into a different container using a collapsible funnel for easier spoon access.

Makes ya wanna shout!
After reading Dharma Singh Khalsa's 'Brain Longevity', I want to purchase Phosphatidylcholine. I'm sensitive to soy, soI'm grateful to find this soy-free product. Doubt this has a placebo effect cause immediately after I take it the head feels different. I'm feeling improvements in all areas: Sex drive, energy, sleeping, memory and concentration, food sensitivities, emotional stability. At 52, I entered Menopause and felt my life slipping away, until now. My food sensitivities no longer are bothersome and I've only been taking this for a week. Must be healing the gut lining. My life post breast cancer diagnosis is a daily detox and it's good to know it may clear the membranes of heavy metals. This product is not cheap, but I wouldn't put crap in the body. Nosuch thing as a bargain in regards to health. It's very thick and syrupy. I may have to crack the bottle to get every last drop.It sticks to the spoon-- this is the only challenge. I supplement heavily, and I just found a new favorite! Can't wait to ingest each day!

Expensive. But totally worthwhile!
Excellent for building a weight loss plan with the help of a doctor. This chemical combo uses the estrogen-bonding process to remove fat from the body, in combination with other supplements, minerals & vitamins. Highly recommended!

Easy to use
This product is thick like honey. I put it in my protein shake in the morning. Kind of a bitter taste, but palatable in the protein shake.
