Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  This is my third “ star machine” and honestly they get better and smaller as the manufacturers fine tune them. This one is compact and works great . The stars and nebula look great and move nicely. The few “ natural sounds “ for sleeping are decent and the Bluetooth speaker is pretty darn nice for the size too. I have bigger ones with worse sound. I’m not much for remote controls, as I am too lazy and blind to read them, but it looks full featured and your kids will master it in no time. My only complaint is that this must be plugged in and is not a rechargeable item. The plug is UBS and you only get the wire, not the plug. This is becoming standard in electronics like these. But if it were wireless , you could center it better in a room. Not a defect, just a suggestion. This is worth the money, for a kids room, college student and even a meditation room.

This projector will display a blue water look on the ceiling along with stars and what looks a little like galaxies. The light coming out of the projector is almost blinding. There are three sounds to choose from - crickets, a rushing stream, and ocean waves. I was unable to adjust the volume. It comes with a remote, which helps because it will give you a headache to try to adjust on the actual projector with that blinding light! It is unfortunate that the USB has to be plugged in for it to work. That greatly limits where you can use it. Sometimes it's relaxing to listen to the sounds but I find the lights unnatural and kind of irritating. And the sounds aren't as good as what I have on my meditation app.

This is a great item, the young and old like this projector the fight over it. The image is nice and bright but not over powering. The Bluetooth has good range and you don't have to be on top to connect to the unit. Like the idea that it has to be plugin, just wish it had its own power supply. Like all of the sounds that are included especially the sea sound.

The sky sparkles are all over the walls and ceiling--and us. I didn't realize immediately that I had to keep it plugged into the USB port, but then it was so beautiful! I haven't used all the color and music options yet (stop the crickets!), but now that we've finally decided where to put it, we're going to have lots of fun.
