I like the Nature's Bounty brand and these were a good price. They are easy to swallow.

It has no nasty flavor, and very easy to swallow. Great value for money.

Foods are not necessarily full of nutrients these days, so a supplement does help.

I chose based on manufacturer reputation & price. Don’t know how well it works as that is difficult to tell. I don’t feel worse after taking it for several months.
