Good product for the price.No regrets buying it.It is very basic, but strong and stable.Easy to assemble and to use.

Weights arrived in a cardboard box within a sack bag, undamaged.I noticed the plastic had some shiny spots and it had some greasy feel to them. A simple wash with some soapy water and a sponge, then rinse and air dry got rid of the smell, you will get a good workout by washing them as well.The weights do not rattle and the equipment feels sturdy. If you don't mind the weights being larger in comparison to cast iron plates, these would be a great value option. (brought at £27)

I’d recommend getting some barbell clips, the screw fasteners are a pain if you swap weights between exercises but that goes for all barbells, no fault of this product at all. Just perfectly functioning weights, nothing bad to say.

I am very pleased with the weights. I find the grip better than my other weights and it feels sturdy and comfortable to use.

No issues with these dumbbells they are perfect for what they are for the price. Tiny bit smelly but just wiped and now they are fine.

These are a good value set of weights for anyone who is starting out on a training regime. The plates seem to be fairly accurately measured and up to 15kg in each hand allows for decent progress on curls, lateral raises and bent row variations. I would however suggest perhaps getting some cast iron plates once they start to become too light for compound lifts such as bench press, deadlift and squats.There are a couple of negative points to be mentioned however.1 - The plates are humongous in relation to their actual weight. I picked up some 5kg cast plates and they are roughly the same size as the 1.25kg ones that come with this set. This makes them pretty awkward for some exercises, particularly bicep curls and pec flies.2 - After a few weeks of regular workouts and associated plate changing the handles are starting to become compressed along the bar. For now they are still fine, but I foresee that in a month or so I will need to buy some more bars due to the handles being squished so much that I simply cannot fit my hand between the plates.Despite the negatives this is a nice cheap and cheerful set of dumbbells that do the job of providing resistance and even when the handles are rendered useless I can still use the weights on a 1 inch barbell when needed

They work great and have lasted, despite frequent use. However, they did arrive quite dirty and required cleaning
