I bought the chili color and it is a nice, deep, dark red. It’s sole purpose was to use under the Christmas tree. It was perfect fit and color. In fact, my sister ordered the exact same one to use for her tree, after seeing mine (and darn it, she got it cheaper). It arrives folded creating some hard creases. I laid it out and I think some creases eased up, but I also knew how I was using this, the creases wouldn’t be visible. You may need to take more extreme measures if it won’t flatten for you. My cat LOVED this rug. So you may need to do some pet hair removal if you have cats. I can’t speak to wear and tear, since it didn’t have too much exposure before the tree covered it. If you want to protect your floors from the tree base, I 100% recommend this - in this same color. For other uses, it is a perfectly serviceable rug at a great price.

I bought a tan 2x5 and this 2x12. The tan color matches the picture shown. These came rolled up and they laid flat right away, but I am using them over a worn carpet. One crease in the 2x12, but not that bad. I had bought another Garland rug 2x12 at another place that came folded. Bad creases that wouldn't come out, but these that came from Amazon rolled up are very nice.

This costs very little compared to most rugs, so if you are realistic about that you're less likely to be disappointed. The first clue is that it arrives folded (not rolled) in a modest-sized package. It's thin and flimsy, more like a mat than a proper rug. After a week it's still showing the folds (see pic).The other thing you might find useful to know is that despite the foregoing I have ordered a second one of these. It works well in my dog's room, which is where she sleeps. The rest of the time she is with me, of course.

I chose this rug because it was EXACTLY the color for which I was looking, and it was the appropriate size. The true color is accurately shown on the website, which is good. I did not open the package (a tightly rolled and taped rug inside a tight plastic outer wrap upon which the shipping labels are attached) immediately upon its arrival, but had to wait two weeks before I could open and inspect the rug. Be forwarned that because of the way these rugs are packaged, once one is opened, there's no way to repackage it. I unrolled the rug and placed it where I wanted it. I didn't notice right away but once the rug had been flattened and sitting for a couple of days, two large pulled loops were easily visible on two different areas of the rug. They are major flaws. Since I'm just using this rug in a laundry room, and also because of my slight delay in opening it, I haven't bothered to go through the hassle of attempting to get a replacement or a refund, but I wanted to warn potential customers about this problem with this particular size and color of rug. At the same time that I placed this order, I also ordered a second rug of the same size but a different color and it was in great condition.

I bought this carpet runner because I wanted to move a chest of drawers up a narrow staircase. It was too heavy to carry it up and too awkward and heavy to walk it up and I almost half carried half pushed it up from the side until I was defeated by the even narrower last few feet. So I determined to pull it up with a rope and put something between the wood and the steps... hence...This runner was the right length and the right width and the right price that Jack built and it did the job and when I was finished I didn't roll it up for next time by left it out in the narrow hallway at the top of the narrow stairs in the narrow house... well, you get the picture. It looks pretty nice on the wooden floor so that's a bonus after buying it for this purely utilitarian purpose and leaves it handy for next time. So I don't mean three stars as a negative review, just a neutral one: it's good enough and it's attractive enough and I'm pretty sure it's durable enough but I can't get excited enough to give it four or five stars, and I can't work up that excitement for the price, either, which was fair but not low enough for me to gloat to my friends about what a bargain I found. Fairly priced, fairly functional, fairly attractive: It's welcome to work as a runner since it's there already and unobtrusive, but if I didn't have a special project in mind I wouldn't have bought it. I give it a solid neutral.It get's the job done, though as a pure decoration I'd keep my money for something finer.

Purchased this for our entryway, the measurements are perfect not too slim (3x8) and the quality and detail are very nice. Easy to vacuum. We have 2 dogs (gsd and bull terrier)

FOR THE PRICE ITS PERFECT!!! I was looking for a 8x10 but those are over 100 so this is basically that size for half the price
