The media could not be loaded.  It will definitely tone any brass u have and came out to be a very light tone of silver very light silver tone and there is NO green tones thank goodness it's more of a purple when u lather then you wash out then color it leaves is a light silver and if your hair was yellow it will turn it white....I would say this would be more in the toner category...it does what a toner would do and does a great job at it.

My comb never really dispensed the color part of the bottle so I only had a few pieces that turned greenish blue (completely wrong color then I wanted to if that would have been my entire head). I will say my hair was so in credibly soft and smooth after I washed it out so I will say that it has amazing conditioning properties in it! If this would have worked right or if we had a different dispenser then I would say this would have been a good product.

The color was amazing! I had a lighter burgundy color and this covered it so well. The applicator brush was kind of a nuisance and I really only needed a bottle but all in all I'm very pleased with this product.

I was hesitant to try this product. Not regrets. No mixing required. It’s easy to apply with the built-in comb. I love the plastic ear covers, hair cap and “bib” (to protect your clothes) that came with it. Unlike the usual brands, product has a fruity scent. My hair was soft and shiny after coloring. Customer service is outstanding! Answered my question about product and other things. Will be ordering again and will try the other colors.

I admit the info is available way deep in the website but coming across it can be accidental as it was in my case but I bought this and then found out it wouldn't cover my mix of gray and bown hair. I'm out a lot of money for a product I can't use. Yippee. State this info up front. It is obvious they don't care about the older user. They want 12 year olds for their customers. Yes, I'm being a smart ass but it's been a bad day and this topped it off. I want my money back and I can't return this because I am disabled and can't get to a post office. Not even sure it's retgurnable anyhow.UPDATED I was contacted by their support staff. Vincent spent more than an hour talking me through trying his product. It still doesn't cover gray but their online support is terrific.

I should have thought twice about buying this dye because of the comb applicator. My hair is thick, and I have to use a hard bristle brush on it. I can't get a comb all the way through it.BUT, it was the only dye I could find that was supposed to give me the mossy green color I wanted based on the starting hair color, so I went for it. When pumping the dye into the comb itself, it came out brown at the bottom and white at the top and I was concerned about what the color was going to be, but powered ahead.Due to it being in the instructions included in the kit on how to replace the comb, I expected the head of the comb to fall off. And it did. But then the whole TOP HALF of the dispenser kept coming off. It was very frustrating, making it pretty much impossible to hold the dispenser together while also struggling to get the tiny detachable comb through my thick and now also moist hair.The cream ran out faster than I expected it to, but I had managed to get some on every strand of my hair, or so I thought. I popped on the disposable bath cap that came with the kit and waited the 35 (actually I waited almost 45-50 minutes) it told me too. The whole time I was still concerned that it was going to end up badly, because of the way the cream came out of the comb. I thought, "This isn't going to mix well. This is gonna be patchy."I almost gave one start, but decided it gets at least 2 stars because my hair is ALMOST the mossy green I was hoping for. Unfortunately it is just as patchy as I was afraid it was going to be. I told my son it was "grass green" and he said, "It's brown at the bottom, like the dirt the grass is growing in."I've learned my lesson though, no more hair dye with a comb applicator, even if that means not getting the perfect shade of moss green I want.

/I was really excited about this product and I will say that the comb is a great feature. The issues I had first off was that I have a top of the shoulder shag and 1 bottle wasn't enough to cover it (as compared to other box dyes). After applying it, rinsing it out (no shampoo) it didn't take well to the level 8 areas (light blond) on my head but it did take really well to the 9/10 roots. However, it left a slight purple tint to my hair. I didn't wash it until the next day and everything but my roots washed completely out. I mean like gone, gone. Not a trace left. Today after a second wash with purple shampoo and conditioner the purple tint is gone from my roots and they are also back to the original shade. I have been dying my hair for decades and have never had this happen. I will not be buying this again. Very disappointed.

I like that it has no ammonia. It worked beautifully. I'm really happy with it. Very easy to apply, no damage, and I think the scent is not bad at all. I can't really speak to the longevity of this particular color since this is the first time I have used it. It was beautiful but I felt I need to recolor it every 4 weeks.
