I have been using Thera Tears Nutrition, 1200mg Omega-3 Supplement Capsules for several years to help relieve dry eyes caused by an underlying physical condition. I was skeptical at first but as time has gone on, I have had to rely on OTC eye drops less and less. My eyes feel great and are much more comfortable. They do not work overnight so you may not experience relief in a week but stick with it. If you want to avoid the occasional fish oil taste that comes with burping, take them at night just before bed. Awesome product and I will be continuing these for the foreseeable future!
