Got an email from seller instructing how to use properly. Worked great. Stayed hot longer than I expected. I did have to take it off a few times or move to another location because it stayed hot as long as it did. I would not recommend sleeping while using this product just to make sure you can move it if the area you are using it on gets too hot.Seems like a quality product and appears well-made. I’ve already recommended it to others.Got this instead of a hot water bottle and am happy with my choice.

Warmish sort of.
Nice idea, but not very warm/hot at all if you follow the directions. By the time the interior is warmed up to spec. and put into the case, it’s mildly warm.

Wonderful product
I love this and use it frequently. It's much nicer to use than my old electric heating pad. I drift off to sleep with warmth on my aches and pains and sleep well. I don't think I'd ever go back to using electric heating pads again.'
