Great Customer Service
I had two issues with parts that were broken or not working properly. Customer service was excellent, and sent new parts right away. I felt like I was getting 1:1 service and that Zuerst truly took customer satisfaction seriously. I’m not getting paid for this, I just want to ensure you know you’ll get the best customer service if you have any issues with this chair. Shout out to John for his excellent support.

Happy with the chair but
It has been only a month since I had this chair and I have a few items that could add to the list of making this the perfect chair1. I still roll a tiny towel for added cushion near the lower spine area. that is not much cushion or buffer at them bottom most part of the spine/ chair2. The arms length could have been longer ( in spite of the arm rotation front /back adjustments)

Isn’t up to Snuff
There is no website to contact the company that provides and manufactures the chair. Amazon gives no links, no numbers, no emails, anything to get a hold of this company in case the chair breaks and/or it is not fit for you. I myself use the chair for two months before noticing that the armrest can’t really move that much, and aren’t that ergonomically or considering they can’t be adjusted per person to fit their body, the armrest can only be moved about a total of 1-3 inches at most. The backrest gave out after falling asleep in the chair one time for about an hour or two, now I have to keep the backrest locked at all times because of if it is unlocked it is loose and falls back constantly and doesn’t keep the lumbar support on my back. Lumbar support also can barely be adjusted up and down. This chair advertises Ergonomics Month but would only fit you if you were the correct height and dimensions in reality. It is an all right chair, amazing to assemble but the support and people behind the chair don’t have a good customer service or any way to reach them so I would suggest buying a better chair that would give you the availability to have help if needed. I would say this chair for most likely for someone that is 6’0” and up, I am 5’8” and it almost fits me.

It's a great all day sitting chair
I loved the recline option the adjustable arms were the reason I bought it. The desk required an adjustable arm ,because it's an executive desk. The head rest is a added bonus. I wish I could adjust it easier. I pull it all the way up and off 😆 but if that's all I have to complain about your in good shape. The directions where clear and simple. I had to put the foot rest piece on twice, but that was my fault again the directions were clearly written and illustrated. My husband sits in it so the 4 star is his feedback. I simply put it together. If you haven't put it in your cart to buy I definitely would. It's a fantastic chair I want one for myself

Good chair with a design flaw
For the most part the chair is great. It is easy to assemble, comfortable, and highly adjustable. The problem with the design is that the rail for the footrest lines up with the chair height lever. If I get the rail to go over the lever, then anytime I move, the rail hits the lever and causes the chair to sink down. I was able to force the rail to go under the lever, but now I can't adjust the height of the seat. The other option would be removing the footrest which I paid for. (minus 1 star).I wrote to the company (they only have an email address, no website). it took 2 days and a follow up email to respond. Their first suggestion was to have the chair height lever under the rail, even though my email clearly indicated the problem with that. After reiterating the problem, they suggested that I "need to use some effort to make the footrest become deformed under the footrest support rod". It seems that they either don't understand the problem, are not acknowledging the design flaw, or they are asking me to bend one of the metal pieces to "fix" the issue. None of these are acceptable (minus 1 star).

The mesh unraveled away from the frame of the chair in less then one year with minimal use.
I used this chair in my home office. I recently experienced where the mesh back part of the chair unraveled. I was upset cause I had the chair 💺 for less then a year and for $300, i certainly expected longevity compared to other chairs on the market. I was even more upset because this chair became my favorite chair ever. However, I reached out to the company and Mike the Zuerst representative was very professional and responsive to correcting this problem. He went over and beyond my every expectation. I am so satisfied with the results and conclusion he rendered. The fact that the chair unraveled in the mesh area I wrote off to a manufacturing defect, and I so happened to purchase a then bad product. But the resolution to correcting this problem is very much appreciated, and I will purchase this chair again. Thank you Mike.

Replaced a much more expensive chair and I like it better.
My previous desk chair was more expensive, less comfortable, and much heavier and harder to move around. This one has better adjustments and is solid, yet not so heavy. I checked out all the sizes and price ranges and this one was the best of both. It’s extremely comfortable and fits just right for a 6 ft. male. The rocking mechanism and head rest are great for anyone with back or neck problems. I can usually find some fault with any purchase, but I am extremely satisfied with this one. Great customer service and fast responses also if you have any questions.

Highly adjustable; A great product for its price
For the price, this chair is about as good as you can get brand new. You might be able to find some better value, but it's priced solidly for what it has to offer. It's not a $1500 chair, and it's far from your very basic, low-end chair. It's entirely adjustable, so if that's what you're looking for, you won't find a chair that does this better. Not only is it adjustable, but they are to the right ranges and distances, so they're not useless features. It's comfortable, not in a way where I don't want to even sit on a sofa, but as far as maintaining good posture and supporting your body, this chair makes doing those things as comfortable as it can be. The lumbar support and bottom cushion specifically are great at this.

Max seat height is 21", not 24"
I placed the order to buy this chair for 2 points: max seat height 24" and max weight 360lbs as specified in the product page. Though what I get the max seat height is only 21"Now I doubt I can still trust the max weight 360 lbs.I had tried to contact the seller unfortunately Amazon makes it extremely hard for a buyer to contact seller, I left a message though no response.

Very comfortable but squeaks and I can't replace the casters
I like the chair, the way it looks, feels, and how light it is.Once it was assembled, this took about 20 minutes. I also found it to be very comfortable. The chair I had been using was starting to cause me back pains. Two days in this one, and the pains are gone. I don't see a lot of difference between them other than the lumbar adjustment, but this one sure made a difference. The instruction sheet on how to assemble the chair is easy enough to follow, and the kit has everything that's needed and includes the Allen wrench used on the bolts. There are also a couple of extra bolts, which I appreciate. Assembly isn't overly technical, but it takes a bit of effort because handling the main pieces can be a bit awkward due to their size. The instructions indicate that the elbow rests should be put on first. I followed this suggestion but found that putting them on last worked better When the handles are on it makes it more clumsy to connect the seat and bottom metal swivel section.→ One notable item here. The castors are a bugger to set in place. They take a lot of effort to seat properly. I had to hold them in place with the post lined up and then smack/slam them into place with an open palm, really hard. An alternative, which I didn't have handy, would be to use a rubber mallet. Once in place, they do run smooth. There is no possibility of replacing them if they break. All of the functions work well:→ The height adjustment is smooth and easy to reach on the right side.→ I find the backwards tilt tensioner to have a lot of adjustment. The tensioner does sit back from the seat front a fair distance, so it can be a bit difficult to get at, but it has a large easy to grip knob.→ Twisting/spinning sideways is smooth. There is no resistance. The lumbar support is nice. I can reach back with either hand and turn the knob to adjust it if needed. It, too, like the pivoting tensioner, has a lot of range. I'm sure that this adjustable support is what made the difference for me. The old chair had no adjustment. I had to live with whatever someone in a factory decided was best. The headrest doesn't do much for me. I never lean back that far in a chair. It has a fair amount of up and down movement, but it doesn't have another adjustment other than flipping forwards. The only negative I can mention, and it's a big one, is that the chair made a lot of creaking noise once assembled. There was no way I could use it while on the phone with a Blue Tooth headset. I spent some time lubricating the various points where the metal sections swivel and pivot. Nothing helped. Finally, I found two points on each side of the steel plate that the tilt tension knob tightens down. Once I got some silicone grease under these points, no more creaking! I added a picture of one side, which shows the point that requires lubrication.

A very solid chair, but back not straight enough...
Received for unbiased review... This is a very sturdy feeling chair. So far no creaks or strange noises. The seat cushion is good and thick. I don't feel the solid seat under it. Assembly experience: During assembly I found that the legs were very snug and needed extra persuasion to install. You will need a rubber mallet or a hammer and a folded microfiber cloth to tap them firmly into place before installing the screws. I don't have a rubber mallet do I had to use the hammer and microfiber cloth method. The wheels are also very snug, I used a folded microfiber cloth and placed it between the wheels with the supplied Allen key on the flat surface below the shaft of the the wheels, so that I could hammer them into place. Other than that, everything went smoothly. However there is an error in the instructions. There is a picture for applying the arm rests and inserting their screws, and in the next picture that is supposed to apply the adjustment base, tells you to insert the screws in the arm rests again (instead of into the adjustment base). Comfort: Once assembled and the chair was in its fully upright position, I found that the back has a steeper backward slope than what should be ergonomically comfortable. I tried adjusting it but this is as upright as the seat goes. I ended up having to use my inflatable camping pillow as a mid upper back support strapped around the chair (it had its own built on strap for just such a thing). If you want to just lounge in your chair and not do any typing or work, the lumbar support and angle of the back are just fine. But if you were to do work in this position, it would be terrible on your neck. You would have to raise your monitor really high and angle it downward at you. I don't know why R&D would not have tried to sit in this chair themselves to notice this. The back needs to be able to tilt a bit forward. Over all it is a very sturdy chair and survived a lot of shipping abuse. The shipping box was badly dented. But I examined everything and did not find any physical damage to the product. I'm giving it four out of five stars because of the back angle.

Lots of adjustable parts, one annoying design flaw, good for lean back media viewing
Price point is missing right now, which is a bummer because that really sways my overall score. As a mom that has recently had to purchase (and return) several office chairs for a picky teen, I feel like an expert at this point.Assembly: With this chair, the base didn't come pre-assembled, but this cuts down on box size for shipments. Instructions were very basic, but not inadequate. All parts were included, with an extra screw in each size. An impact wrench will significantly improve your assembly process as the included allen keys will hurt your fingers. The seat itself has two adjustments, up/down and back/forward, but no seat tilt. With the lean back function you can lock it in place at any angle. The up/down is where it loses a full star from me. The only way to adjust the height is by first extending the footrest. So instead of simply reaching down to toggle a lever, you have to reach down, pull out a footrest, toggle a lever, then replace the footrest. WHY? This is a terrible design. On top of that, the lever for the height adjustment is incredibly tight and you have to squeeze with maximum strength to get it to work. Our teen was unable, and it took me several attempts because of my carpal tunnel. The lumbar support is adjustable up/down and in/out, but the lowest setting it an inch too high for me, and I'm 5'7" because of this, it is an uncomfortable chair for me. The arms have multiple adjustments, including being able to set them further apart if you have a wide bum. The footrest is on a slider, so you can select a range, but it's limited. The cushion at the end flips up or down. The headrest is nicely curved and adjustable up/down as well as tilt. The chair is fabric, which lasts longer than the PU in most office chairs these days, and the open mesh back is good for airflow. The weave of the pad is tight enough that you should be able to damp wipe it clean.Overall, it's a solid chair with good construction and lots of adjustments. It should last a while, in theory, if put together tightly with an impact wrench. I personally hate the footrest impeding the height adjustment, and the lumbar height, but I can't deny that it would be comfortable to watch Netflix in. Price will determine further rating, as I have purchased similar for $300 in the past.

Initial impressions weren't great but by the time it was assembled I was happy with it.
First thoughts when unboxing all of the parts getting ready to assemble the chair weren't great. First of all, it's difficult to tell from the product photos but I was expecting a single piece of metal for the base/legs of the chair (like my other office chair) but what you get is 6 components. Five legs (chromed metal, hollow) and a hub that is just made of rough dirty looking plastic. It's quite ugly when in pieces, but by the time you assemble it it's pretty sturdy and looks better than I expected it to and passable. A single piece base would still have looked better and been stronger. Second was that I got pretty stuck with assembly pretty early in the process because the casters it comes with are INCREDIBLY hard to insert into the chair legs, I've never had this much resistance attaching chair casters before, I ended up having to slam them repeatedly with a hammer to get them seated. I don't expect getting them off again if I ever want to replace them will be any easier and probably impossible. The casters are just OK, they're hard plastic and not non-marking (no rubberized layer on the outside like nicer casters have). If you're going to use on a wood floor, you'll need a floor protector with these casters... or do yourself a favour and buy non marking casters ahead of time and install those instead of the included ones from the get go.Once fully assembled, though, the chair is actually pretty nice. Construction overall is just OK, but it doesn't look cheap or feel particularly cheap either and is quite solid to sit on and pretty supportive, too. It is almost all plastic, but mine doesn't squeak or creak or anything like that which is something I associate with bad office chairs. I like that it's mostly mesh so it's cool and comfortable to sit in unlike those awful pleather chairs.Somehow I missed it at first but the recline does lock.
