Needs a few updates
I guess I should have read the description more thoroughly, because I didn’t realize parents have to apply all the dots. I didn’t mind this, but it did take an entire hour, which was an issue because this was intended for a road trip.An important note: the instructions are wrong. The clear pieces are the rough velcro and should go in the book, while the soft white velcro should go on the back of the pieces.Parents, there are plenty of dots, in case you make a mistake. I included a picture of all unused dots.A few updates I think the creators should take into consideration (see pictures):The red and orange colors look the same, which is confusing for young children.Letter font could be improved. There are certain letters that are not technically correct. On the shape page, there are certain shapes that should be symmetrical, such as the star and diamond, but they are not. Also, I would use the term “oval” instead of “ellipse.” I understand ellipse is the technical term, but rhombus is the technical term for diamond, and diamond is used in the book. I would either use both technical terms or both commonly used terms (I personally prefer the commonly used terms). The design of the eagle is very strange and doesn’t fit with the art style of the rest of the animals. The animals are all very cutesy, and the eagle is strangely detailed. A generic bird would be more appropriate.I would include St Patrick’s Day instead of Veteran’s Day, since this is a book for young children and their schools and daycares are more likely to have St Patrick’s Day themed activities. The rainbow pieces need to be slightly smaller. It’s hard for the kids to fit them all on the page. Since they are so long, they are likely to bend immediately. Parents, be sure not to use more than one Velcro piece or they will bend.

Color and letter issue
I haven’t had this long so I am guessing at the sturdiness and durability. However, there are 2 things I have noticed so far that need to be addressed. On the colors page the blue and purple crayon look like the same color and that’s going to be confusing to children that you’re teaching colors to. Also, on the alphabet page the font chosen makes the capital I and the lowercase L look like the same letter. You need to use font that is regular English print. Remember we are teaching children who don’t know about the large variety of fonts available on a computer.

So awesome!!
The media could not be loaded. I got this for my 4 year old for Christmas and he loves it! My daughter (2) also loves to do it with him. It actually keeps them entertained for about 30 min while they go over everything from the abcs to planets. It’s an awesome find!

Great Toddler activity
This was an amazing activity book that will keep your toddler quiet and entertained. I bought this for my friend’s 2.5 year old daughter. She cried when we said she had to eat lunch and stop playing with it. She caught on and understood the concept of matching. The numbers she still needed help. This was extremely well done.TIP: Read instructions carefully to assemble. Make sure you use the pouch to contain all the individual cards. Keep the topic cards together in their own separate plastic bag.

We love it!
We love this book. My daughter is 2 turning 3 in a few weeks and decided it was time to introduce her to schooling. This book was perfect and small so I can take it to the park, road trips all summer, and to restaurants to keep her busy. Its sturdy, colors are bright, and she asks everyday to do the book. She already is singing her alphabet just by using this book for a week.. I would highly recommend this book for any little ready to learn.

She loves it!
My three year old daughter absolutely loves working in her busy book daily. Parents will have to put on the Velcro dots, but it’s seriously no big deal. After two weeks, the book appears durable. My daughter has bent some of the rainbow pieces removing them, but yeah, she’s three. It’s a great learning tool that’s easy to use for parents and toddlers.

Perfect for toddlers
I love the concept. Everything is sturdy and well put together for little hands. My only negative is that you have to stick there and put on all the Velcro’s stickers. It was a pain and time consuming. Before gifting this to a busy mom I would put it together for her

Velcros to be fixed by parents. Take note on velcro quality.
We love the product, but not the velcro packing and quality. The folded packs of velcros bended it in the 2nd photo shown.Could have cut into pieces of sheets like the 3rd photo where the cut out is and then fit them into the bags.
