If you have a small leak, this is the stuff to try. It comes in many colors which is really convenient to hide the repair. The mortar between two bricks in my garden border cracked or eroded and water kept leaking out onto the sidewalk every time the sprinklers came on. I bought this product in the color I felt closest matched the bricks. I shook it, sprayed it on the bricks where the mortar had cracked & No more leak!I also used this product (in a different color) on composite shingles when my patio roof started leaking. The color matched the shingles and no more leak! It has held for almost a year and still no leak. I saved hundreds of dollars, so I highly recommend it.

We used this for adding strength and stability to the pull out awnings on our 1989 RV. The awnings were in really good shape, but had the typical little holes near the rv where the awning is exposed to the weather when rolled up. We taped off and then sprayed on the flex seal using several light coats and drying in between. It sealed up the little holes, plus gives it a nice weather proof cover when it's rolled up.

Flex seal has been around for quite a while and if you haven’t used it by now, you’re missing the boat. This stuff works on everything. For those of you that don’t know, it does the work around the house for the littlest things also. It’s a winner for most all jobs, big or small. Obviously, it’s not going to seal your leaky septic tank, but I used it to seal the bottom of my boat that had a few leaks. I’ve also used it for every crack or leak around the house. Damn good stuff.
