Good product and delivered quickly.

Just purchased my second one of these. The package lasts for ages and it does exactly what it's meant to do. The flavour is awful but that's just what psyllium husk tastes like (I suggest you encapsulate the powder or mix with water and drink quickly)Most affordable 500g pouch of this product I've found to date on Amazon. It seems that they've updated their packaging to reduce the amount of plastic and it's now recyclable.Good product

Great for adding to smoothies and sauces for extra fibre/roughage; and it dissolves very easily, pretty much disappearing.Be careful not to use too much, because it really swells up over a period of half an hour -Have made some wonderful smoothies; drunk half, put it in the fridge and found it turned into blancmange upon returning as the husks absorb the fluid.But topping up with almond milk/water/ whatever easily brings it back into liquid form.Pretty much tasteless and odourless, and what little flavour there is is pleasant.Definitely one of the better quality, better dissolving, more effective and significantly better value psyllium husk brands we have tried.Absolutely recommended.

It's a powdered pure psyllium, easy to use two spoonful every morning with water. Been buying regularly from them.

You get a lot for the price. I bought this as I’m trying to lose weight and I do be snackin. I saw that this can help with that as it makes you feel full. I added a teaspoon to some water and it looked like jelly and the taste is vile so I couldn’t do that. Instead I filled up a cup with water. Got a mouth full of that, then poured a teaspoon of the powder into my mouth and swallowed and I literally couldn’t taste any at all. Just felt like I was drinking water. So if u want to try this if recommended doing that. :)

I used less than the recommended amount and it was still too gloopy. Haven’t used again…
