A throw back fryer. Less hassle than the electric ones I have been getting, easier to maintain with the ability to use old oil when it starts to froth up, much deeper and longer than electric fryers, I prefer these fryers. Excellent product.

Wanted to make proper chips for my children!They love them!!This is easy to use and can be used on induction hobs (made mistake before and bought one that wasn’t) wipes clean really easily too.My only concern is that the handles don’t really fit around the rim of the pan when trying to rest/drain the basket of food. I just take the whole thing out now and rest on the Pyrex lid.

Took from box, couldn’t see any problems, other then bit of dust.When washing notice what I thought was dust is actually RUST. I had one before and had it for years. Loved itUnfortunately can’t send back as it was recycling day, so box has gone.

This product is very dangerous. The basket seems to be to small for the pot. Everytime we use it the chips drop down into the fat as it does not sit on the sides causing hot fat to splash. Would not recommend

I wish I’d read the reviews!!!This product is extremely dangerous.I put uncooked chips into the basket, struggling to hook the basket onto the sides of the pan, after several minutes I eventually secured the basket ( or so I thought ) I turned on the ring to heat up the oil.When I thought the oil was hot enough I tried to lower the basket. The handles of the basket were extremely hot so very difficult to catch hold of. Because of the very poor fit of the basket when above the pan, the basket dropped into the boiling hot oil, splashing oil all over the hob and spitting onto my hand.I couldn’t return this item because I had used it, so I threw it away immediately. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THIS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS PAN
