Thought I'd JUST 'GIVE 'EM A GO' .. just try 'em & see WHAT EFFECT if ANY they had?! And have been VERY PLEASANTLY SURPRISED by just HOW MUCH they've STIMULATED my APPETITE.I've ACTUALLY EXPERIENCED my STOMACH as HUNGRY & RAVENOUS to DIGEST FOOD in a more BASIC & PRIMAL WAY than expected.. CAN'T REMEMBER HOW LONG SINCE I'D FELT/EXPERIENCED THAT!!!! So as someone who's had POOR GALL BLADDER/DIGESTIVE FUNCTION that has EVENTUALLY led onto more problematic STOMACH & GUT ISSUES.. I CAN DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM.And I have found these AMAZON ones NOT ONLY MORE EFFECTIVE but ALSO at BETTER VALUE.I've previously tried BitterLiebe® Drops Digestive Bitters 50ml - 100% Natural Bitter Drops Tincture Herbal Bitters, Gentian, Digestion.. @ £16.99 with £3.99 delivery https://www.amazon.co.uk/BitterLiebe-drops-bitter-herbs-Germany/dp/B07GWT7NFJ/(Inspired by Maria Treben, who was in turn inspired by Hildegard von Bingen - a middle-ages Benedictine Abbess & polymath, whose interests ranged from medicine, medicinal herbs, writing music & hymns.. to building monastries & much much more.. in her TIME she was a BRILLANT MIND in the APPLICATION of it's WORK.. and her KNOWLEDGE has STOOD the TEST of TIME.. Good Digestive Support Aid
My partner's been taking an alternative brand of natural digestive bitters for a while as is great for supporting your digestive system ty stimulating the production of extra digestive juices whilst avoiding building up bile in the gallbladder which is important for his diet and is good for fat digestion/sugar metabolism. This seems juts as effective as his other one and is slightly cheaper so would recommend.,

Good for sugar cravings
I enjoy taking bitters more and more. It’s quite a journey to get used to the bitter taste but after a while I actually started to almost crave it.Dosage is one pipette (30drops/1ml) 3x a day. I couldn’t find the mark on the pipette but not a big issue. On the bottle is 30mins before meal but even though I have only one massive meal a day I still take it at least 2 times a day. I am a predominant Vata type according to Ayurveda so I should really avoid bitter tastes as they are cooling and light but I find it helps me with the excessive sugar cravings. So very chuffed with that!I believe we don’t include enough bitter tastes in our diets at all because most processed diets are sugar and salt based and to balance it out taking the bitters is a handy healthy solution. To ease out the process for the liver/digestive system it would be ideal to change the diet completely but I think many are not willing to go that far.The product is alcohol based (ethanol - beet derived) and it tastes indeed very bitter the very first time but the palette gets somehow used to it after a few days. If you are new to bitters I would say take it easy and follow with something sweeter like a little bit of honey or a bite of something healthy sweet before you get used to the strong bitter taste. It is made of the natural herbs and roots. The packaging is a dark 50ml glass bottle. With white matte paper label and it looks very eco.Very happy with the product and would recommend it.

Excellent Product
I first discovered Bitters in Germany in 1992. The German bitters I found were alcohol-based and were designed as an aperitif to stimulate digestion. As I have aged, my gastric acids have become weaker and so I like to use bitters to aid digestion. Today I use non-alcohol-based products and this is a perfect product for me. You simply take 30ml in a little water before meals. As with all bitters, it is vital to take small mouthfuls and swish them around the mouth and across the tounge. This stimulates the saliva and then once it hits the stomach, it aids in digestion. This product works very well and so long as they are not just drunk, but swished around the mouth, they will aid digestion and help to stop bloating.I am very happy to recommend this product.

excellent digestive aid
Gutology Digest Bitters is for me a suitable alternative for aiding my digestion. I like the fact it also helps me stop craving sugar therefore it is a product that has many separate advantages for your digestive system as well as your general wellbeing. The bitter taste is strong,, yet it is one I got used to very quickly and now I think I would miss taking it if it were not available to purchase.A great product which I am happy to recommend.

Clue is in the name - but good for bloating
We remain open-minded on herbal remedies. Digestive bitters in various forms have been used for centuries and are basically an alcoholic preparation flavoured with botanical matter that have purported digestive health benefits.☑ Hard to provide meaningful quantitative assessment of benefit but these can be used to supress certain food cravings, reduce/relieve bloating and gas, helps support liver and gall bladder and regulate blood sugar.☑ Good security seal – you have to break to plastic seal the first time top is unscrewed to open. Its therefore tamper-evident.☑ Vegetarian and Vegan friendly.☑ Easily to read and understand dosage and key information but serving instructions should be clearer on the bottle (as it is on Amazon selling page)☑ Made in GB☑ Easy to use pippette☑ Not short dated as best before 2023
