Works well and does everything that it claims to do well made? Haven't had any trouble using it. Just wish they had ones that were wider and fatter. The best I could get was 3/8. I would have preferred getting one that was at least one inch wide but this was the biggest you can get. I was using the three quarter inch one and while they worked some of the areas in my home have a lot of wires in it and some of them just fit without me having to separate them but still a good quality product and I would buy it again if I ever needed it. If he wants something with decent cable management, this one is a good way to go. The only thing is if you have a lot of wires and you need to pull some slack and thread it through these. If you have too many tied together, it's too tight and it won't easily slide out. So take that into account before you step a whole bunch of wires into this system. Try to leave a little bit of slack if you can. And a little bit of looseness. It is flexible but it's so well made that it is a little on the tight side. Otherwise worth the money

I bought the 3-7mm size. I was worried it would not fit over the usb-c plug. No worry as it easily fit. Pushing the cord together expands the fiber and you pull it tight after to plug passes through. A larger plug will also pass easily. You do need to add a flashing to the top and bottom of the sleeve to prevent it unraveling. They advise tape but I wrapped thread around it and added a drop of super glue to secure it from unraveling.
