Did not heat, was lukewarm for the first few times, then didn't get warm enough to give off a scent!

I really like this for a small space
You just plug it in and drop essential oils on the top. It's slightly warm and heats the oil. The scent doesn't last for a long time, but still gives a slight fragrance to a small room. I have it next to my bed. My kids say they can sometimes get a whiff of scent in the hall. I give it 3 stars only because it won't really give a long-lasting scent in a larger setting.

Great little oil warmer
Great little oil warmer. So easy to use and clean. It warms gently but effectively.Unlike some people, I'm fine with warming oils to release their fragrance. The sun warmed the plants the oils came from, now didn't it? :)

Low Maintenance, Didn't Break Like Others
I found this Aroma Stone to be the better alternative; I'd bought three different kinds on an aromatherapy website. The "Nebulizing Diffuser, Room-Sized " was supposedly the best therapeutic machine to get, but proved too delicate- the little bottle attached to the nebulizer was a pain to clean out. Plus, it broke. I also got a Greenair Spa diffuser, which broke within the year. So, the fact that this aroma stone's still around and pumping out the smells for us makes me pretty happy :) I add a line water to mine, and can leave it on overnight even. Definitely low maintenence, which is cool!
