This shower head leaked from its pilot joints from day 1. While it looks great, the pressure is rather poor which is probably due to the leak it has.Easy to install, but I would not recommend this product.

I’ve only been impressed with niagra products until this one. Cheaply made plastic connections. Leaked above valve. No comparison to the Pulse brand I have purchased in the past, which is a quality product.

I purchased one of these in January 2022 for our main bathroom and installed it. It is a refreshing shower and ‎it is still in excellent condition. So, when we replaced the shower stall in our second bathroom, I ordered ‎another unit for that shower stall. I installed the new shower assembly in the middle of November 2022 after ‎the new shower stall installation was completed. The shower assembly had been installed for about a month, ‎when it began to leak near the control valve. The valve does not leak, but the connection between the pipe ‎and the control valve leaks. Water sprays out at that connection. I contacted Amazon and they are sending me ‎a new one at no charge. I will return the old one when I get the new one. I would give it 5 stars, but because it ‎leaked I am giving four stars. I would have given it only 2 stars because of the leak, but since Amazon is ‎replacing it I will leave it at 4 stars.‎

Installed this for my elderly mother's use while she visited. Don't know when it started leaking like a sieve, but we are very unhappy as it cost $75.66 that we are apparently out of luck for refund or returnUPDATE: Manufacturer says they will send a replacement

Installed April 2022 - Valve housing cracked November 2022After the valve housing cracked it leaked from both the top and bottom fixtures. The hose fitting had also started rusting on the inlet side.

We ordered this way before we needed/installed it and I'm sorry to say it is JUNK! It leaked from the places where you screw it together, from the knob where you change whether the water comes out from. I'm so disappointed and wished we would've waited to order it so we could return it, as it's been a few months now. Save your money and go with something else.

This thing is cheaply made. The bottom of the rail where the handheld part attaches is supposed to have 2 rubber gaskets to prevent water leaking. Mine arrived with one gasket and it leaks water everywhere.I've ordered a better made unit.

This device leaked from day one and then one part just broke.
