I wear these as I'm outside in work boots a lot and get hot. I need the cushioning for my feet as I have arthritis and have found it beneficial.I am a size 4.5 UK shoe, adult socks are too big so I hunted these out and will buy again. They will be great for the warmer months.Only thing I don't like, as they are new my feet are covered in black fluff after wearing them, but in sure this will go with time.
