Q: Will this seal a leak and hold under water pressure?

I use this for all the time. It's very strong & can be removed semi easily. It can hold draining water pressure. I would NOT use it on high pressure (household) water lines.

Q: will it glue concete?

It will glue just about anything, however on concrete, it might be hard to take off

Q: will this work to fix a leak in the kitchen sink drain?

I used this glue to glue baby food jars for christmas trees. I used it due to having a high temperature tolerance. I have not used it to fix a leak on a kitchen drain. Sorry I could not help.
