This particular scent from Downey is our favorite. We have always been a fan of the Downey products as they work well and smell great. Additionally, we have been utilizing the subscription feature on Amazon for all of our laundry products for well over four years. These brands are always available in this manner. This is the best and most economical way to purchase these brand name laundry detergent and softeners. Not to mention it’s also much better for the environment. The packaging is minimal (cardboard box and the inside is a dispenser bag). This makes it extremely easy to use every drop of your laundry detergent or fabric softener. You just open the box when it’s low and you get all of the product out of the bag. We have our subscription for a family of seven, delivered to us once a month. It works out perfect for us and the cost is substantially cheaper. Why anyone would mess with the plastic containers from the grocery store at the marked up price is beyond me.

Smells really good makes laundry fresh smelling

I suspect this is not downy fabric softener in this bottle but some product that has been put in their bottles. Buyer beware it was not the usual blue.Downy fabric softener arrived thickened and unusableSomething shady going on here.

It’s Downy! So we know it works and smells great. My clothes are soft and smell good and the static is pretty much under control until winter!But I love the fact that I didn’t buy a plastic jug and I didn’t have to cut open pouches and fill up a plastic jug. The spout is like a spigot: Holger cup, or Downey ball underneath it and twist on, then twist off. It seems like it last forever. I keep thinking it should be empty, because I’m ready to open the back up box.My only suggestions are to find a way to reuse that spigot, and to make the liquid more concentrated to be diluted at home.

I like the cardboard for less plastic, but it doesn’t all come out. I ended up cutting it open and pouring into an old plastic jug which I am fine with doing.

I love the scent of this fabric softener, and it makes my laundry, soft and delicious smelling. I have been an unable to find this fabric softener in the box, and I hope they did not stop making it. I won’t buy it if it’s only available in the plastic jug.

Love it. I did learn that you think it's empty but boy, is it not! About 30 more loads in there, it's just very light liquid compared to Soap so it can't push again the force to get to the spout. I just rip the box open and use it from the bag until gone. Great price. Ships so fast.
