Was using a TRX at the gym, and seems about just as good. Fits easily and solidly over a door, and of good, strong quality, and yes, at less than half the price as a TRX.

I was using a TRX suspension trainer at physical therapy and fell in love with the concept. I considered a TRX Go for home but came across this option for much less. Overall, I am impressed with the quality and adjustability. However, I find myself missing the portability of the TRX option; this trainer is sturdy but much bulkier. Also, this trainer offers fewer degrees of flexibility than the TRX and is, therefore, possibly less intensive when building muscular stability.

I’m creating a small fitness area in my lower level and this suspension trainer system is a perfect addition. I’ve used the highest quality TRX systems in a variety of gyms and this system meets or beats that brand in all aspects (assuming it will be durable enough to pass the test of time based on the heavy duty feel of the material and hardware). I took a chance on a lesser known name brand system at close to half the cost…and it paid off.

Have had a few months now and am very pleased with the quality and durability of this suspension trainer. I highly recommend it.

I’ve always been kind of on the fence about resistance band workouts because I’m kind of a gym guy but now that I can work out anywhere I’m seeing much more progress than when I was going to the gym.

Affordable product, that is of excellent quality and material. Excellent for exercise or rehabilitation of muscles from surgery.

The product functions as advertised and I had zero problems with it. With that being said I honestly found more utility in resistance bands as opposed to the suspension this offers. If you’re looking for a travel workout solution, you’ll have a hard time finding steel frame doors that can support using this as intended.
