I overall love the product, sturdy and better than the cheap crap in my apartment so I can't complain about quality.... But there wasn't enough anchors or nails, they lacked 5 needed. And 4 of them, were broken to begin with. They were stupid cheap plastic anchors so I had to run to home depot and get some more myself. Just slightly an inconvenience when they said it was in the packaging.The tightening screw at the bottom is an annoyance, with it flush against the wall it's impossible to easily re-tighten with the Allen wrench. But that's just annoying not a big deal.

I like the quality and install ease. The only thing I didn’t like was the “rattle” of the towel bars in the side supports. I put a small piece of felt pad in the bar holes to wedge them right and avoid the rattle. Otherwise, they are beautiful.

I purchased this for a bathroom I plan on renovating. I only needed one towel rod, the tp holder and the robe hook - and the rounded style works perfectly. I then used the towel ring and other towel rod in the other bath I'm renovating. They don't go as well, but even it I replace the two pieces, I have still spent less on the three pieces than if I had purchased those three separately.Also, I purchased these as an Amazon Warehouse open box.The box was pretty bunged up. Surprisingly all pieces were there, including all screws, attachment plates, and instructions with template.

I have ordered Kinla accessories three times. The first one came with a clever die-cast mounting bracket and the accessory bases "snapped" onto this bracket. Easy. The die-cast bracket was easy to mount with a power screwdriver. The snap-on feature is sturdy, eliminated the flimsy stamped sheet-metal cup, and eliminated the difficult to turn, easy to lose set screw and the setscrew wrench. So much better than the sheet-metal cup and the set screw. Sadly, this set came with the old flimsy sheet-metal cup and the set-screw in the bottom (even though some reviews mentioned the new snap-on mounting feature). Disappointing, but not worth returning.

I only took one star away because they are pretty difficult to install - 1 mm off and the piece won't lay flush - just be very sure to use a laser level. The allen wrench is so small that it dropped every time I turned BUT they look really nice once up.
