Bear is cute but a lot smaller than advertised. Quite a few of the roses become un stuck so have had to re stick them myself, most of the the roses was also in bad condition or had been stuck on the wrong way. Box is a bit chewed and small compared to what it could be. The heart wasn't too noticeable to be a heart, just looked like different colour roses stuck on. It's little bow hadn't been tied properly and stuck on badly. Also many gaps where you can see the polystyrene. Poorly made bear in my personal opinion, not much time taken in making it. Wouldn't say its worth the price, look for something a but more pricey if you want a good quality product.

It's nice. But you delivered the wrong colour and the colour had significance to us. Its too late to return as it is a gift!

Great product, I bought it for my daughter to give to her mam for mothers day and she absolutely loved it.
