It took me all of 5 minutes to fix and it was a great fit for my 2011 VW Jetta so no complaints. I had bought the wrong size before this so my advice is to not forget to measure your mirror dimensions before buying! Would have saved me $25 in shipping costs. But it beats the $200 the dealership said would cost for them to fix.... silver lining? It arrived on time too!

This is a great alternative to the $170+ OEM part. Applied easily with the provided adhesive pad. No instructions were provided in the box, but we brought the car into a warm dry parking garage to apply the mirror due to a climate below freezing where we live. We heated the mirror slightly with a hair dryer once it was situated on the backing and then let it sit before driving in the cold again. It's been a few weeks of fluctuating harsh weather conditions and no issues detected.

If you’re talking value for money look no further. My mirror came off on the highway with no way to retrieve it did a little research and came across this. The dealership told me $150 save yourself the trouble and get this and install it. It’s easy to install and the adhesion has been great so far just make sure you clean the mirror slot before installing.
