Bought this ball after the previous one I got which was made out of gel burst and leaked sticky ooze all over my hands. This ball is a little stiffer but still has a good squishiness to it. Feels like its made out of a silicone ball covered in fabric. After a week of daily use, its holding up good so it is definitely more durable than those gel stress balls.

Decently firm, I like the color of it, it's easy to hold onto. I don't notice any smell to it? It is smaller than I expected, but it still has good resistance. I feel a bigger size option like 2.5 or 3 inches in diameter would be better for me.

I ordered this to assist with therapy exercises recommended by my doctor for Tennis Elbow. Based on other reviews, I was concerned about the size, however I found it to be a perfect fit for the size of my hand, if not slightly too big, as I can't quite close my fingers all the way around it when it is in my palm - I can just touch my thumb to each of my fingertips, but can't quite make a full fist. For reference, I am an adult female, 5'3" with fairly small hands (I usually wear size small or medium gloves), so this probably wouldn't hold true for a man with very large hands. I do like the material, as I think it has a better feel and will be more durable than the gel-type ones, and much easier to keep clean. It is firmer than I expected, making it a little tougher to squeeze than I anticipated, but I think that will actually benefit me; I just have to be careful not to overdo it. I got the blue color, which is very nice. Overall, I'm very happy, and hopeful this will help heal my messed up elbow.

Received the one stress ball I ordered and it does the job.

The firmness seems right and color is red. But I bought this thing because the main pic made it seem like it would fill my hand much more than the usual stress balls. Disappointed!

They are hard or my authrits is just that bad. Maybe I need use them more often. There a good size & they won't deflated. They are gel filled best way to go. I didn't have authrits until last February, this is strange my 74 yr old parrot Loda got frightened when I picked her up she bit to the bone on my finger top & bottom I doctor it. Next day two knuckle & fingers were swollen three times normal size hurting. & aching. I went to the Doctor, you have authrits in them. Ok didn't before. Loda & I grew up together that wasn't my first bite to the bone.. she had authrits in her feet . In 8 months I've just about loosening the use of my hands. Like I said weird. Loda pass away in March. I miss my best friend of a life time . It has to tie together somehow . She said I SORRY I SORRY. IF she wasn't so scared she wouldn't have bit me.. she hadn't bit me for over thirty years . She was a Orange Wing Amazon. Just be mindful remember their mint to be in the wild. She could've broken my finger, as soon as she released saying I SORRY I SORRY. Watch your children around these wonderful & beautiful birds.

This ball is intended to assist with grip strengthening. I anticipate needing its help with that after my upcoming carpal tunnel surgery. This device will strengthen my grip after that event and beyond. For the moment, I'm content having it around to squeeze as that brings with it a calming sensation, plus it's good for light hand exercise prior to surgery. Since I don't want my left hand to feel left out, I give it a turn with the ball as well. It's all good, and the firmness of its resistance to squeezing promises that I'll be able to measure progress after surgery. it's a nice ball and fun to squeeze. I already like it a lot.

I broke my index finger and needed to regain strength in it. My dr recommended a stress ball. This one is soft, but not too soft. No funky smell. Works great! I recommend this. Price was right too.

Needed a decent exercise ball for my large hands because a couple I have received before bid not fit the bill and did not last long.Reading reviews I got this one and so far It is what I needed (Very firm and well made.)

Ball scheint stabil zu sein. Somit sollte er auch festeres Kneten usw standhalten können…
