Little Dutch MaidVanilla Creme Cookies, 13-Ounce (Pack of 12)

I was reading these other reviews to see how anyone could rate these cookies badly. One person said they arrived broken! What kind of a review is that it doesn't have anything to do with the product. Another person said that the filling was the size of a dime. That's just inaccurate and wrong.. I buy these cookies every week and the filling is perfectly adequate. Maybe that person is used to eating triple stuffed Oreos. I personally prefer less filling than more because I like the taste of the cookies with just a dash of the creme. Either way the cookies are delicious. I'm not a chocolate person but I've had the vanilla and the lemon flavors . If you want a sweeter bolder taste go for lemon, vanilla.is a bit more mellow.

They arrived broken [ four separate deliveries]--I'm not sure if I'll try a 5th time.

I like the taste of the cookies. My only problem was a fair amount were broken during shipment. They were vanilla and tasted much better than the generic store brand I had purchased in the past.

Although I've never been big on sweets (unlike alot of my family members), I do enjoy a few cookies and a slice (or two) of cake every blue moon. The first time I ate Little Dutch Maid Vanilla Creme cookies was when I recieved them as a free gift from my local grocery store and I planned on putting them in a plastic container on my kitchen counter so I'd remember where they were. That wasn't necessary since I ate about 6 of them that night (not all at once) and bought another pack a few days later. Forget Oreos. These cookies are even better with the most scrumptious vanilla fillings. If you're looking for something to satisfy your sweet tooth and not take too much $$$ out of your pocket, hit up that Little Dutch Maid.

I absolutely loved these cookies at one time. They were the perfect combination of flavors. Last 2x I bought them though I discovered that the creamy center was about the size of a dime. I bought them again to see if mine was a fluke. Nope.....the cookie part is still tasty, but they almost completely removed the frosting center. The cookie is now very dry as it is all wafer. I started buying store brand sandwich cookies and enjoy them much more.
