Royal icing
I tried this meringue powder because I had an order for egg-free cookies so needed this for the royal icing. I was pleasantly surprised that it was pretty much exactly like working with "regular" royal icing, took color great and had a great consistency. Very easy to prepare - I used the recipe on the jar BUT I added white food coloring and corn syrup along with vanilla extract just like I normally would. End product tasted great, too. Definitely will purchase again whenever I need egg-free royal icing.

Performs perfectly!
I have no previous experience with vegan royal icing - I had to make vegan gluten free decorated sugar cookies for my niece's baby shower and I have to say I was a more than a bit apprehensive about the new recipe and products. However, I couldn't have been happier with the end result. There's still some experimentation to be done as it doesn't react exactly like regular royal icing does, but it is definitely an excellent product and I will definitely be using this again. Great product!

Not bad!
Good flavor if you add extracts and icing dried nice (not as well as normal meringue powder with eggs) but still good! Much easier to use than aquafaba

Great product!
Love this! I bought this to try for my son that can’t have eggs or dairy and the royal icing it produces is yummy and easy to use! No one even thought it was vegan. What I also love about this product, it dries like royal icing but still is slightly soft when eating cookies for days. Way better than traditional.

Taste is acceptable, but causes color bleed with decorated cookies.
The taste was acceptable/comparable to regular meringue powder. However, this meringue powder caused a lot of color bleed with the Royal icing I made
