I don't leave reviews unless I absolutely love or hate something. In this instance, I hate these pillows. I hate these pillows so much, that I went through the time and effort of opening my browser, logging into my amazon account, scrolling to the order and leaving this review. The pictures make them look fairly slim. Wrong. These are clearly for people who sleep with their head at a 90 degree angle, and/or for really obese people whose head is a meter off the bed when they're lying down. I want to swear but I don't know if that's allowed in Amazon reviews. Seriously these pillows are unusable for anything but decoration. Not even good for leaning against. I thought this review would help but I'm still angry. Think the only solution may be to burn them.

I was dubious trying these pillows as I’ve tried all sorts, from cheap to expensive, looking for firm ones. Usually, despite the claim to be firm, I end up with my head sinking down so far that it ends up flat under my head so I use 2 pillows and end up with neck ache and trouble sleeping. These had good reviews so I thought I’d give them a go.Ordered and received the next day and they were really well packaged. They were vacuumed sealed so I opened and left them on my bed for a few hours, then put the pillowcases on. These do fit in average pillowcases and they fill them well. I tried sleeping with 2 pillows at first but it was too high so I ended up with just one and had a great nights sleep! The pillow is firm without being hard and really supports your head and neck and is so comfortable. When I woke in the morning the pillow insides were still the same, underneath my head and not at the sides, and my head and neck felt great and not hurting or aching like usual.I was very impressed with these pillows as they are as firm as they claim - a first for me - and would definitely recommend them for a great nights sleep.

This pillow is not firm in anyway I would say this would probably be like sleeping in candy floss, I tried it for one hour listening to the radio in the end I had to go back to my grimy old pillow as this is the only one so hard it is like sleeping on a rock. If anyone knows of any truly truly hard pillows that you do not sink into please let me know been trying for years to get a rock hard pillow. Very disappointed. I only gave it 2 stars as the presentation was good, it also does not fit into a standard pillow case.

Omg.. Where was this pillow all my life! This is the best pillow I have ever purchased! Quality and comfort! I can't tell you how much I have spent on uncomfortable pillows in order to relieve my morning headaches! This one is the one! Great for a side sleeper.. Back sleeper.. Whatever sleeper you are.. It feels like a comfy supportive cloud. Soft yet firm..wrapped in Egyptian cotton and yes it looks huge but it does fit in a normal case.. Just need to ease it in. Love this pillow.. Well worth every cent!

Choosing a pillow is always a tricky thing and very personal. I bought this to replace a pocket sprung pillow that had gone flat over the years.I'm a side sleeper, 6'2" and weigh around 14st and I barely make a dent in this pillow when I rest my head on it. It's comfortable to rest on, especially if you are a back sleeper or if you need propping up a bit, so if you suffer from reflux this would probably help a lot.It comes compressed and expands to full size in a couple of minutes. It is so thick and padded that squeezing it into a standard pillow case is a wrestling match. Once in, the additional pillow case restricts how much it can squish outwards.As a side sleeper, I find it a bit too high and your neck ends up at 30 degree angle to the bed which means I tend to sleep on the corner of it where it is lower. There is absolutely no way you could sleep on your front with this pillow comfortably.It seems well made and I'm hoping over time it will flatten slightly but wasn't the instant comfort I was hoping for.

Wonderful! Very firm but in the same time very comfortable pillow. I have problem with my neck and back, but now I finally managed to sleep, and wake up without pain in my neck. I would recommend this pillow for anybody who like good support.

I've spent an absolute fortune on pillows in the past that have been a right let down so only bought 2 of these incase I had wasted my money yet again . Wish I had bought the 4 which are on offer as I absolutely had the best sleep on them last night . I hate my head sinking deep in to a pillow but this was so comfortable it is firm without being hard . I am over the moon and should have bought the 4 in the first place . Can I also add my hair wasn't its usually scary morning self either . Definitely would recommend, they are packed beautifully and not just slung in a bag like most , very very happy .

When I received the pillows at first they looked very flat and massive. I 'fluffed' them a bit and they fit my pillow cases perfectly. They look nice on bed, not like many other shapeless pillows I had. They feel tiny bit firmer than what I would like, but they are comfy and I had a very good sleep (used them for a week).They are definitely not the 'sleeping like on a cloud' type where your head sinks in and there's no support.There's good support, great shape, I'm happy with the purchase.
