I ordered this because I work in a greenhouse and my beverages are always getting warm. These are great I put ice in my drink when I left home at about 6 am and had the ice until I finished my working day. I like that the lid is secure. They don't come off easy but they have a great seal. They look awesome too.The one and only thing I wish these mugs had is a cover on the lid that you drink out of. I mean the lid is great but the slot that has the beverage come out when you drink it doesn't have a cover. Working in the dirt there is always dust or pumice getting in my drinks. I know thats just my own personal preferences. I like these mugs so much that I bought both sizes. When my first mug came I believe it was my 20 oz mug, It had a dent so I contacted the company and they were very nice and I returned it and my new one was here the next day!! That is service!!Having said everything I also have to admit this was a free or discounted purchase. I was able to buy it at a low or free price in return I agreed to give my honest review of the product. This disclaimer in no way has any thing to do with my review. I love these mugs they even look classy. Oh and I almost forgot to tell you that it will fit in your car/trucks cup holder. Even the 30 oz one!! Love it.

I absolutely LOVE this cup I purchased 10 different cups all the same size from this to Devine and Yetti. This one held ice for 43 hours on the counter in a head to head test. The cups were also tested by leaving all of them in the back seat of a hot car left in the sun this cups ice lasted 24 hours while Yetti lasted 15 and Devine lasted 8. Then I left all of them on the deck in direct sunlight where the Yetti lasted 10 hours, Devine lasted 3 hours and this cup lasted 14 hours.Now I don't know why this one lasts longer.. But I wonder if it is because it weighs a bit more.Now I tested more than the Yetti and Devine against this one but they actually did so poorly they aren't worth mentioning.The price point for this one was only beaten by the Devine, and only by 3$.Now the packaging as you can see by the picture is top notch and very professional. The Devine looks like a second rate knock off packaging. The Yetti I purchased in a local Market and it had no packaging so...When I got this package in the mail I felt like I was getting something special.The only thing I like about another cup over this one was the Devine cup has a lid that is spill proof and 2 metal straws and cleaning brushes. So I took that lid and straws and now use them on this cup. I use this cup for everyday drinks hot and cold and even room temp. I love this cup so much, that I gave away all the other cups :)

Is my favorite travel cup ever! I am taking many medications which cause dry mouth so I have to have a cold drink with me all the time. I can't tell you how many cups I have purchased and tossed for 2 main reasons, they would sweat and make a mess and the ice would melt quickly watering down the drink before I could finish it. I was originally told about YETI brand cups which took care of my concern, but had one big problem the price. I refused to pay $40 for a cup. My SOVRANO cup worked just as well as a YETI cup my son-in-law bought. The ONLY difference was the price, my SOVRANO was $19.95!!! I was however very disappointed that my cup looks nothing like the picture. It is all plain stainless with no blue band which I think looks great. The other negative is it doesn't have a handle which would make it easier to carry.I also purchased a pkg of 4 stainless straws and a wonderful tiny brush to clean the straws inside. I am never without my SOVRANO cup. It keeps drinks cold all day, even if left in the hot car! Ice cubes don't melt! They stay frozen for an entire day. I don't know how it works and I don't really don't care. All I know is I have cold iced tea all day long, it never sweats so no mess, and the best part is it possible only cost me $19.95 instead of $40 for the YETI. I would have returned it to get the blue band on the cup (love the way it looks) but I can't be without my SOVRANO!!

I purchased a total of 6 of the cups after getting my first one. I e stayed cold forever which is a hugger plus for me. They work great for months. We have only used these for cold liquids. Then one day the ice melts like it was in in a paper cup. Never placed in a dishwasher and I only hand washed. But it no longer keeps things cold. When it happened with the first cup I thought it was a fluke. But it has now happened to 6 of the 7 cups I purchased. So now I am looking for a cup that can keep my ice for more than 2 hours. The most frustrating thing is that 4 of the cups have been professionally painted so I am loosing about $120 just for that on top of the money I spent on the cups. That plus the fact that I originally recommended the cup to more than 30 people, several of which have had the same problem.

Kept everything hot or cold but lid loosened up and would leak. Would NOT recommend!

What I like most is it's dishwasher safe. But it really doesn't keep the coffee hot, more like lukewarm. I think a paper cup does about as well.Not worth the money. Probably should buy a thermos.
