Reclaimed (Shadow Beast Shifters) Paperback – January 16, 2021

This is an evolving door story for sure, but not the one you’re expecting it to be. It’s mind bending, and fast paced with lots of hot scenes that will surely make you read faster. The fighting is excellent and detailed but not too gore. It’s has humor and a lot of fun banter between the characters.The characters are the same as in the first book with the addition of a few new characters.It’s a great read for those who love fantasy with a bit of heat and a little more fun and excitement in the storyline.

Mera and the Shadow Beast are getting closer to finding out what is going on behind the Shadow realm door. They set out on an adventure to take back what is his and to figure out what kind of beast Mera is. This book was an amazing adventure, and I loved all the back story we get on Shadow. This one is spicy, and we see that Mera and Shadow are a match made in fire, but can they show each other what they feel or will everything go up in smoke. This book was a fun ride then your hit with that cliff hanger and you want to scream. So glad the next book is out.

Wow! What an excellent series so far!! This book was so good. I love the characters and the various twists and turns in the plot were excellent (a few I predicted but a few were shocking for me). I honestly can't wait to see how this gets wrapped up in the next book!! I also loved the narrators, they are doing a phenomenal job bringing the characters to life!!

Edge of my seat! Wonderful series. I’m HOOKED! I normally don’t like cliff hangers, but the next book is done, so I can keep READING! Thanks Jaymin for this series.

Wow! This second book in the series was off the charts Amazing! This Author has out done herself again. Mera and Shadows story is mesmerizing and exhilarating and all the right and wrong ways. Plenty of action, adventure and the hottest and most delectable of budding romance. Mera and Shadow are on a mission to uncover the truth about who and what Mera really is and for Shadow to claim his place as the Ultimate and supreme being. I was captured and intrigued from beginning to end. Get ready for the rollercoaster of feels that will have your heart racing, mind blown and thighs squeezing as you are thrust into Mera and Shadows worlds. A true edge of your seat read. The chemistry and electricity that Mera and Shadow evoke together is the most phenomenal love story. The fire they bring together is off the charts Hotter than hot. The cliffhanger for this one is even more impressive than book one. I didn’t know if I wanted to scream, cry, laugh or do all three simultaneously. I cannot wait for the next chapter and book three of Mera and Shadows story. I’m already on the edge of my seat and in my feels. This series is my in my all time top favorites. Best books I’ve read this year.

This fantasy world is such an amazing place. And top that with complex characters and creatures, amazing humor it has the potential to become one of my favorite series.Not sure I liked the ending of this book. It has the potential to make this an amazing series or a massive flop. So unto the last book and hope the writing keep up like it did the first two books and it ends up being an amazing seriez

Jesus Christ! The spice came through on this book that’s for sure. Of course it had to end in a cliffhanger! The story had lots of twist and turns I was caught off guard surprised by a lot of it. I was however really irritated with Mira and however, she acted like a petulant child so much in the story but I get it. I probably would’ve acted that way too. Guess I gotta read the last book now.

Reclaimed picks up directly where Rejected left off. It brings together the scene beautiful and brings Mera and Shadow back together. It also opens up the shadow realm door as well as brings Shadow closer to Mera and opens up tons more questions about what Mera is. There is so much to unpack in the very start of this book but it was so well done that I didn’t feel overwhelmed. I was just so happy that Shadow and Mera were able to work through things and get back to where they belonged. Shadow was even kind enough to bring her friend back with them.This review will be harder because SO much happened in this book and I don’t want to spoil it for anyone.The door is opened and they go into the realm – Shadow, Mera, and Angel. There is a lot of action in this book as they travel from place to place within the realm. Shadow is looking for revenge while Mera is looking for answers. We definitely get our answers before the end of the book. And they make sense. We also get a lot of seriously delicious steam in this book. Mera and Shadow combust in the best possible way. I will say that I had a few moments where my rage was nearly blinding while reading this…specifically during most / all of the second half of the book. I felt enraged for Mera during most of it.........Spoilers below....I’ll also say that this cliffhanger truly made me see red. I had to give myself a few days after finishing the book so that I didn’t let that taint my review. This book, this series is a 5 star for me…no doubt about it. But, that cliffhanger made me so mad. I am really really not a fan of using the memory erasing trope in stories like this. It’s been done so many times and every single time it just feels frustrating and a little like it’s cheapening the rest of the story honestly. Like when people want to hide something so they say they plead the 5th or in bad soap’s where the character gets amnesia to create drama. It’s just a tired trope that should be outdated and left that way. I’d much rather be left hanging in the middle of a scene than having memories erased. I mean…was it just Mera? Did Shadow’s get erased too? How did the others have memories from the past month like that? Were they fed false memories? Had she been there and just operating on auto pilot mode for a month? Did that much time actually go by after the end of the battle? Did erasing her memories suddenly erase her other abilities as well? What about Midnight…wouldn’t he still be bonded to her? I mean…the memory erasing just opened SO many more questions and all of them are annoying.BUT, despite that, this was still a 5 star read for me and still one of my favorite new series. I do absolutely love Shadow and I cannot wait for more!

El segundo libro me gustó más que el primero, más intenso, muy buena trama. Interesante historia para aquellos atraídos hacia el lado oscuro y misterioso.

Foi ruim ter que traduzir capítulo por capítulo mas o livro é muito bom e a escrita é fluida com cenários eletrizantes, uma protagonistas engraçada com reações infantis para a idade mais como um todo funciona kkk

This is the second book in Jaymin Eve's Shadow Beast Shifters series. I love the author's overall writing style and have read other books of hers. This series is my favorite so far!The first installment took me some time to get into, but I am so glad I stuck it out! The plot and character development really picked up in the last half, so much so, that I had to set all my notifications to alert me the INSTANT book 2 released so I could get my dirty paws on it!I love the world concept! The worlds off the library, the unique supportive/secondary characters, the EMOTION Eve evokes while traversing the heroine's journey with her. We get deeper insight into Shadow.... he's my new book boyfriend. There are delicious plot twists, and book ends in a cliffhanger. All I can say, is Jaymin has said to hang in there for book 3 because not all is as it seems!Will be nursing a major book hangover until the final book is released in March.Well done!

Good lord... What a fast pacing flaming hot book! Really love Mera's personality... Was a bit shocked at the end but thoroughly enjoyed the plot. Can't wait to read the next one!
