Came warped right out of the box
I was hoping the other reviews we not correct so I rolled the dice and purchased this. It arrived yesterday. I have to say it is built like a tank. Very heavy duty and sturdy. Obviously built for quality. I was so disappointed when I put it on the cooktop and got the dreaded wobble. You may say a little wobble is normal, but this is too much to overlook. One corner of the pan stays in the air. I may not be so picky if I spent $30 at Home Goods, but this was $150!!!! Its hard to believe the quality control is this bad that they would let this pan ship. I am sending it back right away.

manufacturing defect - wobble. Creates uneven temps on induction
I really never give reviews, but thought it was prudent to warn that I tried two of these and there was a wobble on each. The first I thought it was damaged in shipping, since there was a hole in the box so I returned and got a replacement. Second box was fine but griddle still had a wobble. The wobble is minor, but it makes a huge difference on my new samsung induction cooktop. Using an IR thermometer I am picking up very uneven temps.

Great on a sync-burner on my stove
My wife and I decided this griddle, despite the hefty price tag, because a cheaper griddle we had bought earlier arrived in a warped condition and wouldn't lay flat on the stove. After that, we decided to spend the money and buy this one. First thing we noticed... it's really heavy. It is perfectly flat and works great on the sync-burner on our stovetop. My wife cooks pancakes and eggs on it, and the ceramic coating works great to keep them from sticking. She also fried up some tortillas on it, and two fit at once, which is great compared to a regular skillet that only fits one at a time. The handles are really sturdy and well placed for convenience. In the end, we were glad we paid the extra money to get a high-quality griddle.UPDATE: My wife just cooked up 3 pounds of bottom round beef in small strips. Using this griddle, she was able to do it in 2 batches. Typically, on her regular skillets, it would have been 6 batches, so it cut her time to almost 1/3 of what it would have been. This type of thing is the main reason she wanted this griddle.

This one does not stick
I had the non-coated stainless steel griddle at first and everything would stick to the griddle. Also it was hard to clean. This coated one fixed all that and fits perfectly on my GE induction dual heating elements. It heats evenly and with the induction heating system, it heats with pinpoint accuracy. I definitely recommend this Griddle even though it is a little pricey.

Chantal ceramic coated griddle.
First one arrived warped. It looked fine, but would not lay flat. Easy Amazon return process. I'll update the review once the replacement comes.
