I got this for my Montague Paratrooper Pro for a trip to Europe. I pedaled in several countries, dry weather and rain, on streets to trails. I never lost a pedal even though I never used the retaining clips. They felt solid and my shoes didn't slip on the pedals. I liked the additional advantage of taking them off when I parked the bike or folded it up to put in the bag. I can not find one bad thing to say about them.

Really nice pedal, it really grips to my shoes. A superb improvement over my Dahon stock nylon pedals.Tested it over good and bad surfaces (the pavement where I live can be considered off-road sometimes... SP/Brazil).But the main reason to switch pedals was to enable cycling in bad weather. After using it - from little drizzles to hard rain - I can confirm this pedal does the job.The only caveat is the nylon ring used to make the attachment more secure. It is a little cumbersome to put it and remove it. I suggest getting the one pedal that does not have this nylon ring, using another securing mechanism, if you don't mind the price.

Great quality and durability. Only complaint is that the stoppers are difficult to remove, so don't expect a quick-release because taking the stoppers out first takes time and effort. So maybe not ideal if you wanted to take your pedals with you while you lock your bike up when doing errands. But otherwise very nice.

Very convenient. I recommend to get a magnetic pedal holder separately for it to store the pedal after you take it off. The pedals are light, comfortable, stylish, and functional.

Nicely made pedals. Solid quick release feature.My beef is, why are all of these types of pedals so small?
