I've been using this product off and on for over 10 years. I used to use the brown capsules that come in the blister pack, and these work just as well.Helps to grow my eyelashes much longer than biotin. My hair also grows thicker and darker as well.

This stuff really works. Every time people see me they comment on how long my hair has gotten. I am constantly clipping my nails. I've been using this for years now and it hasn't caused any cystic acne (which I'd occasionally get in adolescence) or other weird side effects you hear about with biotin supplements, and my skin also is more glowey (though that may coincide with my better skincare routine) too. It makes ALL your body hair grow faster so, um, consider that aspect of your budget when taking this supplement. I taught myself to thread and it saved me dough from visits to the aesthetician. I have recommended this to everyone and I haven't heard back on if it did or didn't work for them but at least for me, I think this is the real thing.
