Bought this before we went to Cozumel. It wasn't very helpful. I think it's more directed to Cancun. So if your going there it will be helpful.

Absolutely loved every single page - the book has both quick to digest information with easy to plan and understand the basics but then it also goes into more details and history. It covers everything from practicalities and important things to pack and all the way to basic vocabulary, food and everything you might need to google.I enjoyed reading it every morning with my offer as we planned for the trip - totally recommend for those like us who really don’t know where to start when traveling to a new place.

Der Reiseführer scheint den Anspruch zu erheben jeden Ort, jede Sehenswürdigkeit, Hotels, Bars oder sonstige touristische Einrichtungen erfassen zu wollen. Damit bleibt naturgemäß trotz beachtlichem Umfang des Werks die Informationsdichte auf der Strecke. Wem mit seiner Erkundungstour durch die Halbinsel - auch fernab der touristischen Trampelpfade - mit einer zum Teil fast telefonbuchartigen Adressenliste geholfen ist, wird Freude daran haben. Wir hätten eher eine detailverliebtere und grafisch ambitioniertere Darstellung der „Top10“ Highlights und etwas mehr allgemeinere Infos zu “Land und Leuten” oder dergleichen bevorzugt, nachdem man bei einer 14-tägigen Pauschalreise ohnehin meist ebendort landet…
