Was rated soft and was hard!!!
The mattress seams well made but it is not soft like information had said!!! I was very disappointed!

DO NOT BUY! Springs are defective! AVOCADO Analogy. EVERYTHING IS MADE TO BE BROKEN.
I am alone and sleep on one quarter of the mattress. At first it is very supportive and feels comfortable, however, within six months it becomes mushy. The appearance is the same, but to the touch it's mushy - no support. It seems the springs are defective or made of crappy metals. This is the new thing - everything appears to be exceptional, but ONE THING is made to fail within a short time. Their "warranty" is that the mattress has to "SHOW" 1 1/2 inches of sagging to be replaced within 10 years! Ha ha, the top appears fine.So lets look at an avocado to try to make you understand. When it's just ripe, your thumb will just make a slight indent - there's resistance. If you instead let it sit a few days, it will still "look" solid, but when you press it it is MUSH. That's the only way to describe this. No support after six months. I switched it three times already and used three corners. The springs are made of crap and likely wear within a short time.Mattresses used to be built to LAST. Not any longer. I'm calling Nina Pineda!
