Great flavor on salad. Sicilian lemon has a tiny bit of sweetness that makes it perfect for use on varied foods. Delicious mixed with olive oil of the same flavor.

I am so happy I discovered this great find at Amazon. It is absolutely phenomenal, especially on a salad with blue cheese or burrata to balance out the tang or mellow flavor with sweetness. It is an 18 year old balsamic vinegar with the addition of some black mission figs. This stuff is so good on a salad, just a couple of teaspoons, that really no olive oil is needed if you are watching calories. It is pricey, like a good bottle of wine, but will last a heck of a lot longer😹

I was looking for a really good tasting balsamic vinegar. I hadn’t tried any cherry before and found this to be fantastic. I love the taste and it’s in a large bottle so I’ll have enough to save at party’s. I will be buying this again and again. If you like cherries this will give your tung a real zing. It’s sweet, tart and yummy.

While the vinegar was delivered the very next day and tastes very good, it is not thick as I had hoped as it was described. However, it is thicker than most balsamic vinegars. I was hoping that the 18 years of aging would create a thick consistency. I suppose "thick" is relative! I am in search of a more condensed thickness.

Great drizzled on fruit, or to mix with regular balsamic for a vinegrette.

Makes a really nice salad dressing. Yummy

This takes bland veggies, like squash, broccoli, and brussels sprouts, and makes them a joy to eat. The aroma and taste are just out of this world. You don't need to drizzle much to make a big difference. The bottle does last a long time.
