I have used it about six times on different vehicles and a duly. Under 10 minutes

I originally bought the Sunpow Jump Starter for my daughter after she couldn’t start her car after waiting a long time in the ferry boat line in the car holding area. I found out that many newer cars keep the running lights on after the engine is shut down. This is to allow the car passengers to get to the house door without having to search in the dark. The lights will shut off automatically in about a couple of minutes after the car door is opened and shut. However, my daughter never opened her car door, so the lights stayed on, waiting for her to exit the car. Because it was not dark, she didn’t notice that the lights stayed on. Also, she was probably listening to the car radio during this time. A ferry boat person then had to come out to her car to jump start it.I had always carried jumper cables in my car and helped others start their car after waiting a long time for the ferry boat or cars being stranded in a parking lot. Fortunately, I was able to move my car close enough to the stalled cars for the jumper cables to reach.When I received the Sunpow Jump Starter, I was impressed how easy it was to use and how quickly the car started. However, the small size instruction sheet that came with the Sunpow Jump Starter contained a lot of detail, so it could not be quickly understood how to set it up to start the car, especially at a time when a car needed to be started in a hurry.I also bought a Sunpow Jump Starter for myself, so I no longer had to carry jumper cables to jump start cars. I then made a Quick Start Setup Procedure for the Sunpow Jump Starter to keep inside the Sunpow carrying cases, if ever we needed to quickly start a car in the future.A few weeks later, I tried to use my truck which was sitting unused for several weeks. I discovered that it wouldn’t start. I then connected the Sunpow Jump Starter, using the Quick Startup Procedure I had written, and it started right away. It took about 1 minute total, from start to finish to start the truck, in less time than it would take hooking up jumper cables to the car and truck.I decided to include a copy of this procedure in my review so others can copy and print it out to carry in their own Sunpow cases. My daughter also loaded a copy of this procedure onto her mobile phone.

I bought this in mid 2021 and charged it up. It said to recharge it every 3 months, but I forgot, and in late 2022 I saw it in the back of my car and decided to check the charge. It was at 100% !! After sitting for more than a year. So I just put it away again and didn’t think about it until today, in April 2024. My car wouldn’t start today so I got this out, and it was at 89% !! After not being recharged for almost 3 years! It jump started my car immediately, without using hardly any of its charge. I can’t promise your experience will be just like mine of course, but for what it’s worth, that’s been my experience. I am extremely pleased. Great product. Well made.

I'm not going to lie, I get a little apprehensive buying lithium-powered electronics from a certain place, especially when it's something I need to rely on and that involves high transfers of power.But...this thing has really delivered. It's small, it's reliable, it's easy to operate and it comes in a somewhat awkward but compact and sturdy case. It is made of plastic, but so are all the other makes and models, and it has a solid feel. The cables plug in just right, and it's not a struggle to get the alligator clips to hold on when you need them to. Cord length is good too. Just long enough that you can rest the device away from moving parts, not so long that it gets in the way.I've never heard of Sunpow before, but for a first experience, this was good. It's an excellent product.

My son bought a 2011 Subaru Outback for his 1st car. It seems to have a parasitic power drain that quickly kills the battery. I wanted an easy way to jump the car any time and any where. The Sunpow JS02 has been great!It comes in a nice carrying case that holds the jump pack and all the accessories. I am not happy with the car having this known Subaru issue but this device gives me piece of mind that he won't be standard somewhere! We've used the jump pack about a dozen times and it's worked every time. I want to make sure it is always charged so we try to keep it at 100%. For that reason, I don't know how long it holds a charge but living in New England where the winters are cold, batteries have a hard time any way.My really only complaints are sometimes when we take it out of the case and turn it on, we get 2 different readings. It will show 100% for a few seconds then a 2nd number shows like 18%. This is without being connected to anything. Putting it on the car and connecting it to the battery, the car starts right up. Power will read about 96-98% after the jump but we still see that 2nd readout sometimes. I can't find any information anywhere about that 2nd reading. So idk! And that the cables connecting the jump pack and car are a little short - a few more inches of length would be nice.Otherwise, this device has been great. I would strongly consider buying again. 4- stars only because of that other reading.

I will admit I was skeptical about the performance claims of this model, but I'm not skeptical anymore. I had 2 trucks that had been in disrepair, and sitting for several months. The batteries were completely dead. When you turned the key, there was zero sound, and not even enough juice to illuminate the stereo clock. I connected the charge pack, saw the flashing green light and pressed the boost button. Both trucks cranked over on the very first attempt. I was shocked. And each jump only used 2% of the power stored. I will recommend this unit to everyone. Super satisfied!

Ordered this portable charging pack a few months ago. It worked great. Charged my phone my super fast, easy to use and then it just died. Wouldn’t power on unless it was plugged into the wall. Unable to return it to Amazon due to being passed my return date, I messaged the seller. Simply to see if there was something they could do. Seller was very helpful and just sent me another one in a just a few days. The new one is working great. This product is worth every penny. I appreciate the help.
