These solar powered lights were easy to install on my fence and they look very nice. I did not notice the separate adapter for the smaller posts in the packaging which was a little disappointing and I graded this product average as the construction does not seem like it will Last or have a very premium appearance it is obvious that these are plastic. It was good to see that they worked as expected and turned on automatically once the sun went down. I did not notice anything related to motion detection while using these and the light that they give off is enough to see your keys or have a small amount of ambient light, but it is not significant enough to use as a primary source of light. When purchasing these do keep in mind they will not fit on more standard gate sized posts which are typically 6” x 6”

Pleased on our first evening the lights are creating a soft glow and make a beautiful setting. They were simple to install over our 4” x 4” vinyl post. If you are confused about where the adapter is, it’s already mounted inside the cap. You have to remove it to fit the 4 x4 post.

Bought these for my mother for her fence posts. They seemed ok but she started telling me one would always go off within first hour of sundown and then the second started to follow suit. So I opened them up and checked the battery use by date and to my surprise the batteries said December 2020 and I got these off amazon in October 2021. I'd return them but since she likes the look of the outside she refused to let me. So I had to go buy a pack of solar rechargeable batteries for $8 ontop of the the $25 spent on these.. But now she is happy and thats all that matter but they should not be selling products with outdated batteries when the entire product relies on said batteries.

Adjustable size and very bright for solar lights! I unboxed them and installed around 3 pm and they still shined brightly that same night. I would recommend!

I love these. I have a 3" post and it also fits a 4" post and is super easy to install. I like that they are on at dusk and I've been up at 1:00-1:30am and they are still bright; have not stayed up to see how long they stay on for though, and doubt that I will. Actually someone else recently saw mine and we ordered 4 for their home and they told us that they too love theirs.

I bought these little solar lights to put on my post because the ot. her ones I had that weren't solar broke I took a chance oh my God these things are the greatest little lights ever! Easy to install and they light up every night and they are so bright and I've gotten so many compliments on them.

This product has 2 adapters that make it easy to install on either type of post wood or vinyl! Customer service was excellent when I called to ask a question. Company person went out of their way to get answers and was positive and got me the correct answer about the product!

Had these for a year. These are great at providing light and are an attractive style. But after one season the housings badly discolor and turn yellow from the sun and the solar panels are fogged with condensation but still working. In addition the light emitted at night dims over time as well.
