I first saw these and new I needed a set to have on hand in case I needed them. I already have a set of craftsman extractors but my craftsman set has to go into a separate socket which is sometimes challenging because sometimes you have to put something in the socket first to have the craftsman extractor near the surface of the socket to get a good grip on whatever your extracting. The craftsman set isn’t made to directly attach to a ratchet. Although they seem well built. So buying these will definitely be a plus to just attaching them directly to a 3/8” ratchet.I’m going to go over the pros and cons of these bolt extractors.Pros--Comes with a nice case with a sliding lock-each extractor is marked with size and it’s corresponding size (metric or standard)-can be attached to a 3/8” ratchet-comes with attachments to use with a drillCons-unsure how hard the metal is compared to a set of craftsman extractors I have.I would definitely have these on hand because you never know when you may need them. A lot of times the oil pan bolt will get stripped bc people can’t get a good grip on it reaching under the car. I had to use one on my brother in laws bumper bolts bc they were so torqued he ended up stripping the head. He was trying to get them out to install a plbull bar and replace the bolts at the same time. I found the right size to fit on the stripped head and started slowly pulling on it using a longer pipe to get some leverage and it extracted. I couldn’t believe it worked! And yes it was a fairly large bolt. Yes get these!

Tried it 10 times to use. Even after being told by a experienced mechanic how to use. Never once worked

I had my oil drain plug bolt become stripped and well this set works like it should! Worth the money I’d buy a lot from the brand now because this set works great!

Very nice set and worked great .I stripped my oil plug on my car and it worked very well to get it out!

Bought these since my last set became misplaced, did they work? Yes they did, however they aren't as durable as they should be. The 10mn one I doubt will work after being used on 3 bolts. I had to use the 9.5 mm and even the 8mm for the ones that where pretty bad.
