The seller admitted to sending out 1 item when I ordered 2 and was supposed to send the second item but never heard from him again. As you can see the overall rating for this seller is not good.

I'm so upset. This hairpiece did not work for me, it is nicely made, though. I purchased it just to try it, and possibly return, if necessary. However, the return policy is horrible. First, the Post Office told me the cost is $18 to China, then I went to a different post office hoping to send it for $5, per the company's return instructions. The clerk said you will never get your money back, since the address was invalid. She said they'll never receive it, this address is used often, but it will never get there! I would never have purchased it, if I knew it would be impossible to return!

The product said dark brown, and my hair is dark. The wig was a little darker than my own. If your hair is dark, go with the next color down. My stylish stated the color of this wig was too dark for my hair color, told me to get the next color down. I have my hair colored chocolate, the wig was still too dark for that color. Otherwise, it is a nice piece. My stylist showed me how to "install it". Have someone professional or who is willing to help you put it on, and then style it out, it does look natural. Good luck.

It is alburn and you cant fluff it for fullness on the top, it is very flat
