I LOVE This Product! I have combination dry/oily skin & I've been using it for years and always will. I use it mostly because I used to get a lot of chin breakouts. I use it every other day because it can be really drying on the skin (be careful when first using it). When I use my face wash [Neutrogena Pink Grapefruit scrub is GREAT for breakout areas; It actually reduced my chin breakouts by 90%], I rarely use this after the scrub unless I have a big pimple or zit. I use this whenever my face feels super oily or I feel a zit coming on. I also use in the morning after I simply wash my face with warm water also. It depends on the person's skin. You'll get a feel of what your skin likes. Would def recommend moisturizer after & also Witch Hazel in general.... I just re-ordered a 4 pack today. Last purchase of a 4 pack was in 2012 and I still have half of one bottle left. Worth the $

I ordered this product and it says on there as 4 packs , but I received just one,So where are the rest of the 3 productsOr was it a way to trick people? I was so mad receiving one item out of four items or I’m I expecting the rest of the products ?

Le produit est top, ayant déménagé de Londres à Paris j'ai été ravie de le trouver sur Amazon. Si vous avez la peau grasse ou à tendance grasse ce produit est parfait. Il unifie le teint, aide à contrôler l'excès de sébum et a un effet matifiant. Attention cependant car il a tendance à assécher la peau si utilisé quotidiennement. J'ai la peau mixte et l'utilise tous les 2/3 jours au coucher avant application d'une crème très hydratante. Il nettoie en PROFONDEUR, assèche les boutons et resserre vraiment les pores après quelques utilisations seulement.Le vendeur, après avoir débité ma CB pour 50€ m'a expédié la commande très vite et a précisé un envoie en plusieurs colis. J'ai donc reçu un premiere bouteille assez rapidement. Dans l'attente du 2ème paquet, j'ai pris mon mal en patience et n'ai pas relancé ni vendeur amazon pendant 2 semaines.Ne voyant toujours rien arrivé et ne recevant aucun email du vendeur concernant l'expédition du 2ème colis j'ai envoyé une demande d'infos. Le vendeur m'a répondu qu'il avait expédié les 4 bouteilles ensemble dans le 1er colis que j'avais signé à la livraison !!! Or je n'ai bien reçu qu'UNE bouteille ! Après avoir expliqué le problème - preuves à l'appui - et demandé l'envoi des 3 bouteilles manquantes ou remboursement de la différence, le vendeur me traite de menteuse et ne donne plus suite à mes (trop) nombreuses requêtes. J'ai donc payé 50€ pour une bouteille de produit...Produit génial à avoir dans sa SDB mais vendeur malhonnête.
