Perfect product. It's comfortable to use and does the job.

I bought this to replace one I bought some time ago, thinking it was the same thing. It's not. This one won't stand up on it's end which requires it to be emptied more frequently. That's inconvenient, and can be messy, if being used for a bed bound person and no one's home all the time. I'm not sure why, but my patient gets half as much urine running down the outside of this one. That didn't happen with the last one I got for her.It wasn't packaged discreetly, either. It was delivered in a flimsy plastic bag without any packing so anyone handling the package could figure out what it was. My poor patient was so embarrassed.
